Bought a dress and what they sent was rubbish not what I ordered have emailthem at least 10 times and keep asking for order number no help or our come ,They should be banned from advertising,

Poor service, no response and very slow delivery. Not sure item works as yet.
Purchased two items around 22/3/24 and an email was received in 2 days advising a follow-up email will be received shortly with an ETA. Nothing is received until the 4/4/24 advising it has been shipped being 20 days after purchase but still with no ETA. 10/4/24 lodged a formal complaint to their support email address and on the 11/4/24 confirmation of complaint is received. Item arrives on the 12/4/24 (21 calendar days later and after 15 working days less 2 public holidays is 13 working days as 29/3/24 Good Friday and 01/04/24 Easter Monday) but as at 15/4/24, no explanation or response is received regarding my complaint. If you are in hurry for delivery, or ETA or resolution, perhaps try elsewhere.

Tools.com happily took my money almost 2 weeks ago. Product has still not shipped. They won't answer emails or calls. No choice soon but to challenge Credit Card payment.

Wish I had read these reviews first.. this company seems like a scam. Doesn't answer emails or phone calls. I completely regret ever purchasing here and doubt I'll ever get my money back.

Ordered floor mats for my Suzuki Jimny, I ordered the Automatic version and was sent the manual version, have tried to complain and no response for about 1 month. They then come back to me every 3 or 4 weeks and keep delaying asking for 1 photo of the floor mat, 3 weeks later, then asking for a photo of the tag, then about 4 weeks later asking photo for the passenger side (not to sure why they need it as the passenger side is the same in the auto and manual versions. Complaint was raised in November’s 2023 and now Ned of March 2024 and still not sorted! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a genuine scam that will take money out from your pocket but will never send the item quantity right !!! Refund? You can forget about it… you won’t even be able to get to talk to them then !!! Over the email, if you ask them one question, they’ll answer you something completely unrelated !!!

Worst company I've ever dealt with! Ordered a new circular saw blade on 27/12/23 figuring that I wouldn't receive it until after the new year. Received shipping info around 3/1/24 saying I'll have the order by 8/1/24. Never arrived. Followed up, took them over a week to come back to me just to say they would have to check with the warehouse. Heard nothing again until I followed up. Again almost a week to come back to me to say Auspost lost it. Told me they would re-send the item. I asked for them to send updated tracking info- no reply. Left it for a few weeks (got busy and forgot about the order) and followed up again requesting an update or credit. Finally came back to me a few days later saying they would credit the order but have to wait 2-3 days. Very poor- was patient and waited from 27/12/23 to 4/3/24 only to still never receive the order and am still waiting on credit.

Got my parcel delivered a month after I ordered it and it was no longer needed. Impossible to get through them to request for a refund that I am entitled to.
I am now escalating it to my bank as I can't reach anyone and my emails are unanswered.

Shocking service , they dont say that they dont have it in stock , been waiting over 2 months and still no tracking for the item

If you’re after a company that doesn’t answer phones, emails and messages no mater how many left, this is your company. Any issues with your order, you have the problem these guys don’t want to know or care, buy from a local shop front so you can front up and talk to a sales rep.

Dewalt 18v Line TrimmerOrdered 24/12/2023 at discounted price. Contacted tools.com in January to check on re-opening dates after the Xmas break. Prompt email reply and product arrived by courier on 11/01/2025. Excellent service considering being ordered on Christmas eve.

Have bought off these guys twice with multiple items each time and in both instances the service was abysmal. The latest time I've been waiting almost 6 weeks to receive my purchases. Just received 2/3 of my items today and have not even received tracking or dispatch notification for the last item. Definetely the last time I purchase off them.

Spoke to Shenallie extremely helpfull after explaining urgency sent item 1 hour later very happy can recomend seller on my experience. Purchased dewalt wet dry vacuum DXV34P happy with quality and performance

Ordered 2 items only one delivered. Have contacted them several times and they just keep sending me the same email quoting the original delivery of the one item. Useless.
First and last time for this company for my business.

1 star is too high, but it’s the lowest we can give. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company at all costs.
I purchased a vacuum hose for my Makita vac. Unfortunately I had ordered for the wrong size vacuum, my mistake. I contacted them by email, which is the only way as you can’t get through on their phone number. Finally somebody named Musthaq got back to me, he explained that the product could be returned, as long as it wasn’t used and in it’s original box. Which it was. The return fee was on me, which I was fine with as it was my mistake. I send the product back with a note inside the box as instructed, it was sent back with a tracking number. On 29th of November the product was delivered back to Tools.com. Nearly 4 weeks has passed and still nobody has got in contact with regards my refund, I’ve emailed numerous times and also called their pointless customer service number and left messages. Disgraceful company. I will never use them again and make sure nobody I know uses them. Do yourself a favour and read all the bad reviews before even thinking of purchasing anything from this website.

Purchased an item over 3 weeks and have not posted my item . Sent numerous emails and didn’t get any response. Do not trust the reviews on their website. They are all fake and not legit ..

Another one of the many bogus drop-shipping companies popping up everywhere that don't actually carry any stock. Only saving grace is the refund was processed when I called.

I bought a product, and never received an invoice. Not really over the top news, but I ran with it.
I contacted them regarding after a couple of weeks asking where my order was and was told that they would get back to me.
They never did. After reading some of the reviews on ProductReview, I am not surprised that they have pulled this nonsense.

Just like most other reviews false advertising and taking funds for products not in stock. Delay tactics and false promises to cover inadequacies followed up with brides to keep the order active. Communication must be instigated and followed up by the customer.
My worst ever online purchase experience causing me great anxiety and costing me my time to do their job.
