They are thieves charges me everyday for 4 day no communication had to file fraud with my bank. Stay away complete losers

I've made many attempts to contact them about a warranty repair without any answer yet.

Disgusting scam gave me my tracking number tried calling but number was not in use had a live chat but after a whlie couldn't get hold on anyone they stopped all contact DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY they don't deserve even one star scumbags, hope my money brings them bad luck

placed an order and payed for it through 60tool.com,
receipt received from ATL enterprises ltd carrier service emailed a tracking number for my goods they never arrived messaged all sales and customer addresses for 60tool .com no response called all phone numbers just range through to engaged tone left message for ATL they didn't come back to me phoned them and was told 60tool.com are scammers and they have my money ,don't order nothing from them you will loose your money inform your bank and police

Like most customers, money taken, item on back order, email’s ignored for weeks, eventually a refund was agreed but it never happened. Now having my credit card company pursue the refund. Do not under any circumstances deal with this company.

This is an online scam company in Australia! I bought two tools on the website, but there was no shipping information and I couldn't track them. I received one tool almost two months later, and the other one was never shipped. I called and they said they didn't have the product and they would refund me. Then they didn't refund me, and when I called again, they said the company went bankrupt. But its website is still operating, still selling, and still scamming people. If this isn't a scam, what is it?

Too Long to process invoice. have gone bust. liquidation firm make debt collection form so complicated to fill out and short return dates. best to consult bank or paypal for dispute case.

This company is finished. An administrator has been appointed but as usual if you’ve paid for a product and haven’t received it, as I did, you will get nothing. This kind of fraud could easily be stopped but nobody cares about the little people like you and me.

No tracking advice given, faulty item, no confirmation that order sent, Resolution Centre is a joke. Sent cancelation of order request, no reply. Have involved Paypal in a dispute claim. DO NOT BUY FROM TOOLS.COM
Update 15/7/2024; Tried phoning help Line,and Store, after selecting 2, from their menu,which should put you through to Orders Dep., the phone goes dead. tried several time, not able to make contact.DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT FRUSTRATION, GET RIPPED OFF, NO SERVICE WHAT SOEVER.

bought a Black & Decker blower/Vac, arrived well after the date and never got the email that it was in transit. When it arrived I tried using it and it doesn't work, not at all. Plugged into different power source I know works to make sure, absolutely nothing. Emailed them and they give me a service repair number to call, nobody answers and they don't return the call. DO NOT BUY FROM TOOLS.COM!!!

Bought M12 kit took for ever to receive. Once I did found the 4ah out of the box to be faulty. Tried going through warranty with them. Which resulted in total lack of communication.

However as it was such a long waiting period they ended up sending me a free 4ah not under warranty

Arrogant, No communication or response to emails. Realised afyer reading reviews they don't actually stock anything. They dole it out to other distributors after order is placed. 2 months for something I could have and should have locally purchased and receiving the same day. Pathetic company. Stay away at all cost.

7 weeks to receive an order. Ridiculous. No response to emails. Obviously they don’t hold all the stock and must order it in after taking orders. At least mine arrived today unlike many on the relevant social media and forum sites. Saved $50 on a RRP of $350 on this occasion but many of their prices are inflated when compared to Total Tools or Sydney Tools. Won’t be back

4 weeks after ordering dewalt vacuum still nothing, answered 1st enquiry stating dispatch delays, totally ghosted on every other enquiry.

Should be reported to the ACCC, and shamed by CHOICE.

If you’re after a company that doesn’t answer phones, emails and messages no mater how many left, this is your company. Any issues with your order, you have the problem these guys don’t want to know or care.

There is no choice for less than 1 star!
This organisation is 100% scam. Once they have your money, there is no response to emails or phone messages. Do not deal with this organisation. In future read reviews but not the ones on their website, they obviously write their own. Pay using PayPal and they will fight for you to get a refund.

Ordered & paid for 2 items. Waited 3 weeks. No contact. I followed up. They said they can’t supply the items anymore. I asked for a refund. And asked again. And again. I called. The recorded message provided lots of excuses and reasons why they can’t personally answer. Still no response from them. Still waiting for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM TOOLS.COM

Read the reviews. This company is a joke. Take your money but don't let you know they don't have stock of what you ordered. Won't answer emails. If you are buying online avoid this place at all costs. Even Total Tools won't price match them as they are not authorised stockists.

No communication, don’t answer their emails, won’t give me an answer on delivery, seriously , it’s been 10 days. Rubbish. Dispute with PayPal. I get better correspondence from scam artists.

Like so many others on here I can not get a noresponse to emails except for my very first enquiry saying they were very busy and I should wait another 5-10 working days.
Item eventually arrived, I never received a response to my request to cancel.
