i would give zero stars if I could. I can only echo what others have said about this terrible company and the appalling way that they treat customers. I am so disappointed that I didn't check reviews, I'm normally so careful.I ordered 2 pairs of arch support slippers and a pair of sandals. As seems to be the trend, the sizes are way smaller than advertised, even going up a size, they can't have been bigger than a size 4. The quality is really poor and they are rock hard so would literally break your feet if you did manage to get your foot inside them!
They know that people won't send items back as it will cost more money, they offered me the following options on 3 emails:
We can offer you the following two options:
1. We can send a new product in the correct size. We only ask for a £7.95 shipping contribution. Or
2. We can offer 75% store credit based on the purchase amount, which you can use for a future order.
3. A 20% refund of the purchase amount while you keep the item.
- 80% store credit based on the purchase amount, to use on a future order.
4.A 30% refund of the purchase amount while you keep the item.
- 90% store credit to use on a future order.
I know I won't get any money back so I'm not even going to bother. I can't imagine anyone wanting to buy them from me so they're going in the bin. That's £85 wasted, absolutely gutted.

I bought “orthopaedic comfort” slippers which are neither orthopaedic nor comfortable! It’s like walking on concrete! Too expensive to return to China so I am stuck with them but they will likely end up in the charity shop.
Be careful of anything you buy from this company, what is described is not what you get!

My goods did not arrive after two months! ‘Chloe’ replied to emails reassuring me they were in transit.

I ordered the Fleur | Womens Orthopaedic Arch Support Sandals. The photo looked good but the quality was really poor and I don't expect them to last the summer. I'm a size 6.5 but always ordered a size 7 which normally works really well for me. The size 7 from this company was so small, both heels were barely on the shoe. I asked for a refund but I had to pay the shipping and because their warehouse returns are in China, so the postage was too high. Alternatively they would only refund 20% of the original price. They requested photographs of the shoes and more information, all designed to slow down the process. Finally they offered to send another pair FOC if I paid the shipping. I didn't really want any of them but I wasn't going to walk away. So I paid the shipping and sold both pairs which repaid the orginal cost. Avoid this company at all costs, they are simply providing poor quality items that are almost impossible to return.

Very poor delivery including time to deliver and state of the packaging.
Goods were poor, they're supposed to suit plantars heel, but a joint in the stitching was waxed at the arch of the foot and could not be worn.
Wrote to customer service, and they told me to return the goods to China at my expense and risk of receipt by them, and of course, them agreeing they were in poor condition. They offered a rebate of 25% of the value, which we reluctantly accepted as we did not want to lose further money on a delivery to China. That rebate,even after countless emails, was never received. So no 30 day returns policy as they say in their website. Very disappointed in the whole transaction.

Shoes sent were smaller than the measurements on the size guide. Tookor refused to refund without me covering the cost of return to China.
They do not follow UK trading standards.
Do not suffer the same experience I have had. Buy from another retailer

Once again I wished I had read reviews! Ordered shoes £27.99, 5 mins later cancelled the order, my request was ignored. The £27.99 was taken from my account within seconds! Shoes arrived I contacted this company to request their returns address, I was also offered 25% refund or 50% account credit. I explained that I had emailed to cancel within minutes they said that they did not receive my email until 5 days later - but had received all my others!!
I refused what was offered, but as others have stated returns - for whatever reason- have to go to China. Either way I would lose money.
Had I have realised that they came from China (if they did as there was no evidence of this on the packaging) I would never had ordered. Total rip off! And to add insult to injury I have seen the exact same shoes on another site for half the price!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- they are a disgrace!

DO NOT USE this company!! I ordered some orthopaedic sandals and paid £37.99, they’ve arrived and are cheap flimsy material that won’t last 5 mins! Not answering my emails either so I guess I’ll loose my money

I contacted the company on 21 June because the shoes were unwearable. They offered me a 20% refund, which I accepted, but I never received it. Despite several follow-up emails, I only received generic responses saying my refund was "still being handled."

Weeks later, there's still no refund and no clear explanation. I've now had to contact my bank to pursue the matter. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

The slippers were about half the size of my own. I emailed for a refund, they said I'll have to either pay for return to China, accept 50% store credit or 25% refund. I requested a 25% refund, and never received anything. I ended up making a claim through my bank for a full refund

Order went through ok and delivery took quite a while. When the goods arrived they were similar to the picture of what I ordered but extremely poor quality.

When I asked for a refund I was told I could have 25 %back 50.% credit to use on other goods or send them back to China! Which after checking was going to cost more than the £ 30 I spent. Once the 50% is added to my account I will see what is ok to buy then NEVER EVER use them again

Do not buy from this online shop. I ordered orthopaedic slippers to help with my rheumatoid arthritis achilles pain. The are the cheapest, nastiest slippers I've ever seen. They cost £29.99 but to be honest a couple of quid would be pushing it. They feel really unstable and uncomfortable. Really poor quality. Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive in a plastic bag and when I emailed customer service I got no response at all. Seriously avoid!!

Scam selling site.
To anyone who has used or considering using this so-called company - PLEASE DO NOT! They are scammers located in China and your money goes to a source in Lithuania.
If you have bought something which is quite clearly substandard then contact your bank. I have successfully got my money back.

This product arrived late , poor quality and sizing too small . When you look at their returns policy it is not financially viable to return as all shipping costs apparently back to china not the website s brand address . Avoid

When I received my order, it was nothing like the item pictured.
Poor quality.
Would not recommend.
