I've used Tonic Studios regularly over the years, purchasing from them on a monthly basis. I have not ordered from them in over 6 months now as they never have anything in stock, i've popping into the site regularly to place an order for cardstock as my stores are getting low and they have almost no classic card in stock, they also discontinue the best colours (in my opinion) and continue to sell the colours i don't use so much. They've never been good at keeping the warehouse stocked, i remember waiting for my Tangerine die cutting machine to come back into stock for months and that was over 5 years ago. Now the stock levels are so low and are never replenished, each time i go on there is less and less stock to choose from. It's a shame, the UK is seriously lacking in good quality cardstock with a range of colours and tones, you held the market on it at one point but have dropped the ball. Is it something to do with being bought out by a biger company? They tend to buy all the smaller companies up and then destroy them, sad.

I placed an order with Hobbycraft TV which never arrived and Hobbycraft's customer service is worse than diabolical. After getting nowhere with Hobbycraft I reached out directly to Tonic. Debbie understood the problem immediately and went out of her way to sort it out for me. What a contrast and thank you so much to Tonic and Debbie.

I have regularly ordered from Tonic Studios for many years and always receive great service. I have a subscription for their craft kit which is always fantastic value for money and full of quality products. Their customer service is excellent and they are very quick to respond to questions. They also have a great YouTube channel full of information, inspiration and updates on their latest products.

Nobody was delivering to Belarus one specific paper punch. Some have sent it, but then refunded the money (not for postage though). These guy sent it. On day 26, I asked for a refund, since package didn't come, was untracked, and their policy states, that there's no refunds after 30 days. They made a full refund same day. And now after 2 months the package actually came! Great service!

Selling too many on hobbymaker to honour orders it’s quicker to use YouTube and buy die cuts from china no instructions they come quick and work just follow hacks and they are cheap I needed my milk carton and trophy die cut still haven’t had confirmation of postage it’s 14 days plus never again

I've now created a unit just for your products in my craft room in rainbow order, they are amazing! Your deluxe glue is superb too, my favourite glue. Highly recommend products and speedy delivery. Thank you!!

Tonic Studios is my favorite shop. I love their cutting sets, the paper, their tools. They always have great offers and discounts. The service is first class, they help where they can. I order from Germany and delivery takes 7 - 10 days on average. I can definitely recommend Tonic Studios! Customer friendliness and quality are the top priority at Tonic!

I have made 2 orders from Tonic this week, stocking up on Christmas cardstock. Great quality items and an unexpected free gift when my order arrived today. Tonic are an excellent company and my orders arrived within 3 days of ordering. I highly recommend this company.

I bought the A4 die storage folders and they arrived in a reasonable time and in perfect condition. They are more expensive than other brands and don't hold as many dies but they are decent quality and look nice.

If I could give Tonic Studios a zero rating I would… I made an order last Monday and I’m still waiting for a response regarding dispatch. They have already taken my payment, which was over £100 pounds. I’ve emailed this company twice and tried to contact them by telephone to be put on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up. I can’t even get a refund because they are not contactable!!! I would Never order from this company again and would rather spend my money on purchases from other retailers. Do Not place any orders with Tonic Studio UK, you will only get frustrated! I will take this complaint further with the relevant bodies until I am issued a refund.

It’s now the 1st of November and still haven’t received my order!

I would avoid this company and save yourself the stress!!!

contacted them twice about coating wearing off media mat, still no reply…

Placed an order and it hasn’t arrived and no response from customer services over phone or email. I didn’t receive any message to say it was despatched so just want to cancel my order now but have no way to do this without them replying! I would definitely avoid this company.

Edit: Simon I saw your response yesterday and sent all my correspondence to you. I don’t understand why you couldn’t see it your side though?!

One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with.No replies to my 5 emails, knowone answering phone calls.
Took weeks to dispatch my items and a missing craft kit which clearly was not posted in an A4 envelope! Also missing was the magnetic sheet and binder for the showcase die set. After having so may problems in the past with this company over discount codes etc etc I had communication with the MD who took ages to rectify the refunds and who was just as clueless and unhelpful all round, would not buy from them again if they were the last bussiness on earth! I

I have been buying Tonic products regularly for my small business for many years. I suddenly realised this morning that I still hadn't received any updates on order placed 10 days ago. I went into my account to check and it hadn't even been processed yet so I attempted to contact them. The phone line rings FOREVER with the most annoying music you could imagine so I stood that for as long as I could then hung up. I immediately sent a message (10:30) asking why it hadn't even been processed yet? I then realised that I was actually going to have to buy the items elsewhere - as they'd simply taken too long - so I messaged again and asked them to cancel and refund my order (which I am entitled to do BEFORE it's processed). Guess what? I've just had a message (mid day) to say it's been processed and is shortly on its way!!! Funny that eh?!? What a spooky coincidence!!
Diabolical logistics: 10 days to dispatch an order which is clearly "off the shelf" these days is pretty unjustifiable. I see, reading the reviews below, that this appears to be the norm now with Tonic so I'm afraid this will be my last order from the company.

Placed an order on 29th April. I have emailed twice with no reply or communication. Poor customer service.

I placed an order for a glue gun on the 4th of January when it didn't arrive i emailed and recieved no reply i emailed again on 13th January to say please cancel this order as i have had to buy one off Amazon. They then replied to say we've posted your order today really awful customer service and took them 9 days to post my order not good enough very disappointed
Update: 27th January item still not recieved after several emails they finally replied someone called Sarah said her director Simon would contact me that was on the 16th January it is now the 27th and i am still waiting another example of their appalling customer service!!

Great quality of card stock at very good prices. There's many metal dies but most are in German. Last delivery was late in arriving but I will use them again.

Although the products are great the customer service and despatch notifications are lacking. Despatch is slow, taking over a week typically. I have also had instance where they sent me an order in error yet I had to return it from travelling to the post office at my cost.

This hopefully is the final draft of my Tonic Customer review.A very helpful lady called Sarah has saved me from the white coat men taking me away.you will see tonic replies but I requested that the replies came to me direct from that point saved me back and forth with this site.
She apologised and could understand my frustration at the errors that had been caused.She has on behalf of Tonic sending me replacement Die Sets for Both
which I am amazed as I said just wanted the Faulty one replaced but very much appreciated the gesture.

I have left reviews before and always wondered if companies ever really took them on board I have read the pre scripted ones sorry blah blah on other reviews that some companies do.
So to see a Company wanting to rectify and hold hands up to this complaint against them straight away makes for a customer that trust if problems come again it will be sorted and keeps them buying.
If I had known how soon this site sorted my problem
could have saved myself the high Blood Pressure Ha!!!!
