Tonfly TFX Full Face helmet for skydiving
I ordered a full-face skydiving helmet from tonfly.com. I paid a considerable amount for the additional color, and after a 10-week wait, I received a chin bar helmet that, instead of being bright yellow, was painted lime green. Costumer service refused to cooperate, arguing that different parts of the helmet are painted using different technologies, which is why the colors vary. The website doesn't provide information about the fact that the same color will look completely different on different components. Furthermore, the colors in the configurator don't vary depending on the helmet component, and the packaging sticker also shows that light yellow is actually light yellow, regardless of the helmet component. To sum up, the tonfly company misled me as a consumer and refuses to repair or replace the helmet for which I paid approximately 700 EUR including taxes and delivery.
