I emailed about a product I could not…
I emailed about a product I could not find, a parent specialist emailed back within 24 hours. After getting the information they needed from me, I got another email in less than 24 hours that the products were on the way. I needed new valves for our favorite cups and could not find them to purchase. Exceptional customer service from Florence. Kind, easy, and efficient.

great customer service

They were able to figure out why the cup wasn’t working and although they no longer had that exact cup in stock, they sent out a different straw cup to replace it with. I love brands that stand behind their products and their customer service truly was exceptional.

We Love This Brand!
We had a small hiccup with one of our new cups, there was a staining issue. Called customer support & within minutes got an email to replace the damaged cup. This was by far the easiest, quickest, & most kind customer support I’ve ever dealt with. This company really does care about their customers & quality of work. Our autistic son will only drink from these cups, so it’s very important to us to have these on hand at all times. I’m very happy to know we support a company that cares about their customers & treats them well when problems arise. We absolutely love Tommee Tippee cups!!

The inner valve from a sippy cup was…
The inner valve from a sippy cup was missing from a retail store purchase and I don’t notice til later when I opened it. Nicholas in customer service was quick to identify a resolution and I was off on my merry way. Soon the replacement part will arrive and it will be good as new. Thanks!!

Complicated Assembly
I received a free bottle in a baby box to try, it is absolutely horrible. I cant even assemble it. You shouldn't have to read instructions to assemble a silly bottle. Not even worth the bother! Too many parts, waste of time.
