I had an issue ordering different flange sizes with my pump. I contacted costumer service and they resolved my issue straight away sending me the correct size flange. Sophie K took care of it for me and was very kind and fast resolving the issue. Thanks very much.

If you need replacement parts and you are in New Zealand you better request them 6 weeks in advance. It took 3 separate deliveries to finally get what I requested from the first interaction. And every time you send them a message on messenger you will have to re explain what you need and what has gone wrong, and hope they understand. Also they use some bad AI to emails follow ups to customers and they were unrelated to my queries. Once I finally got my products I was happy with them.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my electric breast pump. I contacted customer service and they responded nicely. Dispatched the broken diaphragm and cap from Australia to NZ at no cost

Missing item from my order and after calling twice I still do not have an answer. This is a gift for my daughter in law next weekend. Bundle was ordered expecting to be in stock however has not arrived in full. This is poor service & urgently require update or notice advising missing item from bundle has been resent express to my address. Also I am the one following this up and despite being told I would receive an update this has not happened. Not happy and need update.

I placed an order for a Steriliser as a gift on the website 13 October. The website states shipping usually occurs within 2 days, however given there was a sale, I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited a little longer. On 21 Oct I contacted their online support as I’d had no dispatch notice.
I was asked to confirm the postal address as it hadn’t been sent yet, then was advised it was out of stock.
I asked if it was possible to find out when it was due back in stock, or if I could change for a different product. I was advised by Anna that she would come back to be with an answer.
I then received a dispatch notice that stated the product was on the way, and the courier company would text or email with tracking advice. I was happy, and called my friend to let her know her gift was on the way.
24 Oct I contacted again as I hadn’t received tracking information. I was then advised that there would be no stock until the new year so my order would be refunded. In order for this to occur in the system, the order would need to be ‘completed’. So I had FOR TWO DAYS believed my friends gift was in transit.
I’m still wondering how I would have been notified if I hadn’t asked as I’d received NO CORRESPONDENCE confirming out of stock and cancellation without my prompting. I was also advised that the refund could take up to 14 days.
I was then offered a 30% discount code. No thank you. Why on earth would I want to engage with a company who took 11 days and multiple contact attempts by me to find out my order was cancelled?
As a midwife, I will happily tell the women I work with to look for a better option. The communications were bad enough, but the fact I was told the item was in transit, when it was in fact cancelled is AWFUL customer service.
I will be taking my business, and business of others elsewhere. Not good enough. You had MANY opportunities to provide correct service, and your processes did not support it.
***Edit***
For clarity to those wanting an honest review, the company has stated below that this is still being looked into to find a resolution.
Once again, their systems and processes are incorrect, and their communications are not clear and transparent.
The case was ‘resolved’, I was asked to leave a Trust Pilot review and sent a final survey link PRIOR to their below response.

If you’re in the market for a food blender, look elsewhere.
The customer service provided by Jo was unparalleled. My ticket was answered within the day and from then it felt like I was the only customer receiving contact. Reply’s were fast and it felt like she truly cared about solving my problem.
However, our food blender seal ring perished rendering the $300 purchase unusable. And as far as replacements go they don’t exist. Unlike competitor food blenders the design of the ring is unique and a generic seal will not work on the tommee tippee food blender.
Super disappointed that repair-ability was not considered with this product.

Do not buy the perfect prep machine. A kettle does just as good a job. You might as well buy a keep warm kettle that keeps the water at 38 degrees. It’s a lot cheaper.
Every bottle I made with this machine my baby didn’t drink it. When I just poured the water from the kettle and mixed the formula she would drink it.

When I had lost a part and contacted them to try and replace it, they sent me one so easy, free of charge. Very happy and pleased with that customer service

2.5 business days and i am still waiting for an update to my order.
I replay email to the order confirmation and it bounces back saying their email doesn’t exist.
No humans responding to me on their web chat.
Their number doesn’t connect.
All sorts of doubts starting to seep in now.
