I came into their office

I came into their office. They was very polite with speedy service.
Went down the street first to another bonded office.And they tried to overcharge me.Most definitely, this place has a better rate.When bonding your title

I have been using the TMD Team for…

I have been using the TMD Team for years. They are a trusted source for me to navigate the sales and purchases of multiple vehicles. There are so many car lots taking of advantage people with less than great credit. I know... Matt & family will always guide me honestly, and charge me fairly... Highly recommend their services...

Extremely Unprofessional and Unresponsiv –Avoid TMD Bondy Company

I had a terrible experience with TMD Bondy. On 04/15, I scanned their QR code to sign up for a bond and completed all the required information. I received an email saying, "Your bond requires additional review and has been submitted to our Underwriting Department. Your request is very important to us and you will hear promptly on the status of your request. If you have additional questions, email tmdsuretybonds.com."

I emailed them—no response. The next day, 04/16, I decided to visit their location in person since I still hadn’t heard back. Their website said they opened at 8:30 AM, so I arrived around 8:40. There was another person already waiting outside, and the doors were locked.

I went back to my car and called—no answer, just an answering machine. I sat in the parking lot searching for other companies, and by almost 9:00 AM, they still hadn’t opened or responded to anything.

The lack of communication, follow-up, and professionalism is beyond frustrating. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.

Hello Robbie, It is highly unusual for us to receive such a harsh review. It is unfortunate you applied for your $22,837.50 title bond after hours or we would have been able to help you immediately. We did reply to your email you sent at 5:20pm on 4/15/25. Our reply was sent at 9:29am 4/16/25 with an approval. We are a family-owned and operated business and yes, sometimes we must open late due to unforeseen circumstances. We're glad you were able to obtain your bond elsewhere.
