Been using That for about six months. Makes hauling things safer. Assembles without problems. When I put in my initial order I was contacted by customer service verifying my order because the order didn't match my truck. This saved me money, time, and frustration. I have a cover over my truck bed so the ability to slide the Tmat out makes accessing items easy. All around great concept and product.

Great idea, but your product simply does not work. New attachments are needed for full securement

Frustrating experience – Avoid if you want actual customer service.
I tried ordering from Tmat to test the material's durability before committing to a full setup. Despite their website clearly listing and allowing the purchase of single panels, they failed to process my order.
When I reached out to follow up, I was told they "can't send single panels." This makes no sense considering it’s a live option on their own site. I told them I just wanted to test the product quality and asked them to either fulfill the order as advertised or refund me.
Instead of trying to help a potential long-term customer or explaining the discrepancy, they simply nuked the order. They refunded my money within five minutes and refused to send the panel. If you aren’t buying a massive kit, they clearly don't want your business. Extremely disappointing "support" and misleading website listings. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I guess when a customer ask a few simple questions and even send pictures to the person at the company is confused about when you ask will the system still slide and also on a bed mat this is something they don’t want you to know because I have sent emails with pictures and even called the number and left a message with no response. All I got was we don’t recommend using a 5th with the product which had nothing to do with my question. I just hope the company uses AI because if not I hope the product is better. If you have a problem after you buy something good luck getting answers.

The Tmat system has been great so far. I need to add a few more pieces to the puzzle but overall it has been a great addition to my truck.

Do not purchase in Australia. US reveiews are great but the newly established Tmat Au (ksource.com.au) is a far cry from the US business. Extremely slow dispatch, vehicle model specific kits are not at all and you still need to measure as they clearly do not have the dimesions of Australian vehicle tubs.

Offered a refund less the postage, yet they hadnt even dispatched yet.

Be very wary of dealing with Tmat Au. Can only hope the US company knows the reputational damage being done by its subsidiary.

The product is very good. The only parts that are disappointing to me are the tall blocks. They don't stay in at all. The shorter blocks are good as are the adjustable blocks. I'm sorry I bought extra qty of the tall ones.
Overall a good product

I ordered the mat as directed for my 2011 Toyota Tacoma short bed, plus the pullout handle wedges. The mat barely fit the truck bed, and the pullout wedges were a waste of money. They do their job and keep things from rolling around, but because you really struggle to get a grip to pull it out to reach things farther back... Those back items are lost. It's a solid, good system, just not all it is sold to us as.

Pleased with the product, is slightly small for the truck load, I think that could be correct if for the UK site a registration check would indicate what size needs to be ordered. Overall though happy with the product very easy to install, would be even better if there was a uk supplier so that it arrives quicker without spending quite a bit of cash for express delivery.

I've had my Tmat system now for 6 plus months now, let me tell you...my equipment does not move. I work in oil and gas in West Texas and the lease roads here are horrible, combined with my not so slow driving. 🙃 My equipment stays in place no matter the conditions, even have spilt oils, chemicals, you name it and the material is in mint shape. If you are someone that needs cargo organization and strength in the worst conditions then get this product!

The Tmat worked exactly as described. Easy install and highly recommend for organizing your truck bed!

Just an overall great product, from ease of ordering to quality of product! Highly recommend!
As a small contractor I needed something to make it easier to reach into my pickup bed. This is absolutely the best product on the market in my opinion!

The whole system is easy to set up. The base snaps together vey quickly. The TMat blockers are easy to configure to whatever you are hauling.

Product isn’t meant to use with anything heavy at all. Anything very light, may be fine but useless with any weight at all.

Edges have broken and are not good quality.

I would not spend the money on this again. It is very over priced and it did not fit in my bed. I had to cut my Tmat in order for it to fit in my F-350. Also, the accessories constantly pop out of place under a load.
