Opportunistic . Do better
You guys charge 25% of the parts cost as a reshelving fee. Sound like a very opportunistic move after you make the customer pay the shipping fee to send it back to you. This the first time I buy a part from ya'll best believe be the last time as well.

The freight on this is awful high
The freight on this is awful high. I asked yesterday if FinditParts had these parts in stock. Yet when we spoke today you said they were coming from 2 different locations. Having them in stock and getting them from 2 different locations is not the same thing. I was under the belief base on what the initial salesman told me these would come from the same place and the freight would be ½ that! Can we please do something about the freight? Parts stores could not locate this bearing. Went on line, after searching a number of sites, came across this one. I was skeptical until I received the bearing and tried it. You only give the O.D. Dimension. Wasn’t sure if the I. D. and width were going to be correct. Thankfully they were. I will definitely let people know about your company. You were quick on getting it shipped and arrived when you said it would. I would encourage you to include all the dimensions on your bearings, will eliminate stressing if it is the correct one. Other than that a great company to do business with.
