I have just exchanged on my 6th property with TK Property Group. Jay has been amazing from the start and has been an imperative part of my property journey over the last 3 years. His knowledge and transparency has been key to the decisions I have made and the relationship we have built over the years.

I have dealth with a gentlman called Jay several times and he has helped me add a number of properties to my portfolio. He is very effecient and a man of his word. Very good communication throughout and great to work witg to aquire the samw goals. Definately recommend. Thanks Jay!

Just got the keys to my new apartment in Manchester and could not be happier! Jon has been super to work with and has made my first time buying as stress free as possible. Highly recommend if you are looking for a property in the city.

I wouldn't recommend this company. I have just lost all my money that I paid for as a deposit into a property. This just tells me just trust your own due diligence and not the logic of agents who may seem genuine but disregard the red flags in order to push a property sale. I can only hope that I get my money back as I am just a first time investor utilising hard earned savings that have very high opportunity costs. Really disappointed with the outcome.

Jon at TKPG is an absolute superstar! He made sure I was comfortable during the whole process, explaining everything in great detail and helped me to secure two outstanding properties. He and his director went out of their way to help me when a problem arose with my mortgage which I didn’t expect and was extremely grateful for. I believe it was the start of a long relationship with the company and friendship too.

They have gone above and beyond helping me with the purchase of my apartment in the novella project Jon as gone a mile further to help me can't thank him enough 🙏 I'm a complete novice no idea Jon has been their every step of the way even now while I'm in Thailand I'm still phoning him he's been my rock though all this as at 61 I've not got a clue so thankyou so much to your company and you Jon have been a diamond mate MR P A BARTON
