TK property were very helpful and supportive throughout the process of buying our buy to let. In particularly Jay who was great in the information he gave us. He found out our needs some 5/6 months earlier about what we were looking for and when he had that property come up got in touch. He was correct! His knowledge about this industry reassured us we were dealing with a professional and the company also. I highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the future.

My interactions with TK Property group were 100% positive. In particular Ricky who is extremely customer focused, has a great style, non-pushy but very attentive, very thorough, great attention to detail and extremely responsive. Ricky showed me various properties and we spent lots of time talking through different options and he was happy to give balanced and objective advice along the way. He was available out of hours and on weekends to answer all my queries. He gave his time generously and throughout the exchange and completion process he kept on top of everything so I knew what was happening every step of the way. I ended up with a great property which I am very happy with, in a very short space of time from viewing to completion!

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so impressed and genuinely thrilled at how well my experience has gone with TKPG!

I have approached many similar companies over the last 5 years regarding my interest in purchasing an apartment in the city centre only to feel like I’m taking a huge risk in parting with my money.

By chance I came across an opportunity from TKPG and was called by Ricky to discuss in detail. He was very patient when I explained that I was nervous investing in an apartment after Covid and was concerned that the new trend of working from home meant many were leaving Manchester. He reassured me from start to finish that it wasn’t the case and provided me fact after fact to support his words. The reason I proceeded with my investment was purely down to the fact that when Ricky and I spoke about my interest, I didn’t feel like I was being pitched with a sale and really trusted him the more we chatted. We also took 3 months to eventually proceed and he didn’t push us to do so at all.

As Ricky said, we would have no issues in renting out the apartment - we completed on Friday and received the keys and had 6 viewings the same day and a signed contract and deposit in hand the following week! I genuinely couldn’t believe it and I’m so happy I came across such a great genuine company that acted for my interests throughout the purchase. We are onto the next one already!

The aftercare provided was above and beyond by Ricky - helping us with rental information, appliances in the flat for the new tenants and also basic compliance certification we needed to get hold of. This was not his problem at all but he happily helped every time we reached out even though this wasn’t part of our purchase.

The sales process was excellent. Property information was thorough. Short term let discussions were authentic…no waffle which allowed me realistic decision making ! The company was not pushy and were reasonable on price negotiations. The staff were very friendly and created a feeling of assurance. They helped with connecting with a solicitor who facilitated the purchase process very well. They threw in incentives for me to purchase this flat, which is very nice And the aftercare was also great getting furnishings and accessories put in place after we moved in all in all a very smooth process. In particular Simon Shaw was an excellent member of staff and a tribute to TK Properties. The director Ricky has got a great team. Maybe I go for another property!
