The process in the booking process. The staff at TKO has created a very friendly and pleasant environment and are very helpful. The experience so far has been incredibly positive.

We have two adjoining offices at TKO Suites Knoxville. TKO rents an entire floor of a large building from another company which owns the building and others in the complex. I have had a very bad experience with the staff of the manager of the complex, Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. On the other hand, after what I thought were two or three ineffective TKO managers, they ultimately found an exceptionally good one, Charity Blume. She has recently had renovation work done on the entire facility and has always managed it in a very professional manner.

I've been at TKO Suites since 2012 the staff does a great job very helpful the office space kept clean.

The space is nice and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not working for a few weeks in July, which made the office unusable. The air is fixed now and crossing my fingers there are no more HVAC issues.

My office at TKO Suites is great! The location is prime and its modern and cozy. The building is well kept and the receptionist, Sandra is very helpful. The kitchen is always stocked with an assortment of coffees and teas and small snack. I enjoy having my office at TKO Suites and would definitely recommend.

Bad correspondence, lost mail which lead to identify theft just overall disappointing services.

I have been at TKO suites (Knoxville) since before the office building was bought by the company (3+ years). Its a great place for self-employed professionals of all sorts to work at. You have all the freedoms of running your own business with administrative support if you need it. There are different plans and offices to choose from. Always manager on site and secretary is available to greet the clients.

My office is great! Shelly and Debby (Downtown Wilmington) are also awesome! They showed me around on my first day there and went over all that I need to get an office. I have been here now for 9 months and whenever I need anything they are happy to help!

Overall, a very nice place to do business. Affordable & lots of amenities included.

I’ve been at TKO suites for over a year now and I love it! It’s the perfect location in the heart of midtown. My clients love it and have all said it’s such a convenient location. The suites are cozy and decent size and the esthetic of the office is very professional, clean and modern. The receptionist Sandra is great. She’s extremely helpful and is always there if I have any questions or concerns. I recently upgraded my suite to a larger one and she has made the transition so easy and seamless. Not to mention to keeps the coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea and snacks! I’m very pleased with my experience here thus far and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a private suite.

I LOVE MY OFFICE WITH TKO SUITES! It is everything I ever dreamed of when opening a therapy office. The staff is friendly and available, the offices are clean and stocked, and everything about TKO makes my work life easier.

I love everything about the space. its also in a great location and the people here are really nice. I especially like how helpful the building manager is by answering any questions. TKO is a great place to be.

Signed my lease at TKO in February. Everything has been excellent from the very beginning. The office staff is exceptional. I’m greeted every day with a smile and my favorite candy (purple jolly ranchers). Wouldn’t change a thing here.

I have been renting my space with TKO for almost a year now. My experience has been a breeze, from the contract to the helping hands of Helen, the office manager. She is a godsend. The offices are always clean and stocked up. The floor provides a kitchen lounge for the tenants to use, and the best part is the concierge, Helen, who assists clients in coming in and has them seated in the waiting area, and much more. It allows you to feel the space as if it was your own. I have never had any issues with other tenants or the company TKO Suites. Don't think twice if you want to save money in an office space and still have great amenities. The economy does not allow renting spaces at affordable prices, but TKO Suites does.

TKO Suites it's an excellent place to do business from, their staff is amazing and easy going, they respond quickly when I have questions or demands.
