The Knoxville location has been incredible, everyone who works here is insanely responsive and courteous! The manager Charity has been a pleasure in helping answer all my questions and gets back with me very quick on updates when I need something. They helped pick the perfect unit for our business needs and offered an incredible price.

Very welcoming & professional
Very welcoming, very professional, great way to network with other professionals during your workday. Not oversized, and not silly like other co-working companies are. Definitely geared towards community and professionalism. I would recommend TKO Suites to anyone who is starting their dream, growing their vision, or just looking to get away from working from home.

The staff at TKO Suite's 300 Delaware…
The staff at TKO Suite's 300 Delaware Avenue location in Wilmington are excellent! They have always been incredibly helpful, accommodating, professional, and are genuinely good human beings. What's more a shared office arrangement can sometimes be a lonely one. The staff are quick with a smile, joke, or kind word that can alleviate that loneliness.

Great Location, Welcoming Staff
Most conveniently located office space in the heart of Wilmington - almost every bank you can think of is located less than a block away! And a post office is almost as close. Numerous restaurants close by. In the office, the staff keeps the lobby full of complimentary coffees, teas, and snacks. Debbie, Shelley, and Katelyn treat you like family and are always happy to help you with whatever you need!

When I initially Called in to inquire…
When I initially Called in to inquire about the place. They told me that it’s a month to month plan but they end up giving me a contract for a year that I never asked for it. They changed the terms.

Awesome In-House Management
Charity absolutely cares for all the tenants in the office building. She works hard to be sure each tenant has what they need and is very diligent when needing to manage emergency situations.

Great place to get an office
I have been here for almost 3 years. I can't say it has been the greatest experience but for sure not the worst. My favorite thing about 9111 cross park Dr. Ste d200. Are the relationships with your fellow floormate. These guys make everyday worth working. Thank you all. Most of all my friend Charity. You are amazing person and a joy to work with. You are hard working, honest, and trustworthy. For all the stuff you do for the office, including cleaning toilets, which is totally out of your job description by the way, you deserve a raise. I hate to leave but I pray the family vibe stays!

The best for Small Business
TKO Suites provides the highest customer service. The service level is a 10/10. I can't say enough about the level of service I have received from Debby, Shelly, Kaitlyn and Tiffany in the two offices we rent in two different cities, Wilimington, DE and Houston, TX. You will not be disappointed renting from TKO Suites.
