I can only talk about my booking done online , booked no problem , updated by email and text message . Delivered on the day stated even a text message to say on their way . Driver did really well to place skip as best he could and it was picked up exactly on the date stated again text message to say on their way to pick up and receipt for invoice sent , No problems from start to finish for us .
Absolutely shocking service !
We only agreed to hire this skip after receiving a clear verbal assurance that it would be collected by Wednesday. Had we been told the truth about the likely collection date, we would never have placed the order.
The skip was left outside our property for days beyond the agreed collection date, blocking access to our driveway and forcing us to park our vehicles elsewhere. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disruption to our family.
What made the situation even worse was the customer service. We repeatedly called for updates and were continually told that collection would take place, yet nobody arrived. Every day brought another promise and another excuse. The information provided was inconsistent, misleading and completely unreliable.
The staff we dealt with were unhelpful, dismissive and showed little concern for the inconvenience being caused. Rather than taking responsibility, they hid behind their terms and conditions after repeatedly failing to do what had been agreed when the skip was ordered.
The skip was eventually collected several days late, but only after countless phone calls and a great deal of frustration.
If you are looking for a reliable company that keeps its word and values its customers, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Based on our experience, this was one of the poorest levels of customer service we have encountered.
Used TJ Waste for many years, Loyalty does not count for anything from this company. awful customer service! would not recommend them
Use any other local company other than t j waste
The skip has not been collected and after contacting them they claim it is over loaded a small section on the top is about 6” higher than the sides but the front has a massive hole where a metre of soil was dug out and they did not contact anyone about it it’s a joke I will up loads photos for you to see I recommend southern recycling
