You would think that with so many…

You would think that with so many betting sites available to gamblers that Titanplay would do their best to keep the players that actually decided to use them and not the other well known sites. But unfortunately that's not the case. While other sites process withdrawals within minutes, some hours, but Titanplay makes no point in keeping players happy with this respect. It's like they don't understand that if they keep players happy they will recommend their site, keep depositing and probably losing money in their site, but they are too narrow minded in their thinking to look past a few days of keeping a players withdrawal held up.

They have ridiculous excuses like they are manually processing the withdrawals and it takes up to 5 days. If there is a team working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week processing withdrawals this site is in big trouble. They clearly think we are all idiots and we believe this B. S. excuse. We all know what you are doing.

But it doesn't matter to them if we know or not, because unlike other sites they don't care about players or their opinions. Just look at the other reviews here and see their responses. There is no responses like "we will try better" or "we want to help you" its more like "look at our terms" or this has been addressed. They would rather blame the players rather than improve or admit their shady tactics.
Let's see how long it takes for my withdrawal to be processed. I will update this review with any info. And I will update the rating if things improve.

SCAM

NOTICE: SCAM
I have deposited within a matter of seconds. When i am withdrawing my money through bank withdrawal. Firstly it took 5 days to process my withdrawal. Other betting websites take a few hours as we all know. Secondly after 5th day, my withdrawal is cancelled without any specific reason and i am told to use another withdrawal method. I have already tried to withdraw through credit card, it could not be processed as well. Same thing, it got cancelled after a few days.

Basically, the tactic of TitanPlay is to test your patience so that you play again while waiting for the withdrawal, hence losing the money.

So far i have not been able withdraw a single penny from account on TitanPlay. If the support team wants to reach me out, my username is yogen1401.

I highly discourage other people to use this platform for betting. For me, it is purely a SCAM.

1 star is too much for this TitanPlay betting portal. They are incompetent with their processing time as well as their verification method.

Company follows their protocol when it suits them . Super slow withdrawals considering im betting big amounts

Over the recent period of 20days i have deposited and lost about 26000 on sports wagers- thats totally my loss, not complaining. Deposits took me second to deposit the amount from my credit card. Very good. Now the catch- i finally won that money back and they say i can only withdraw 5k per 7 days so now they are trying me to hold the money for longer so i can loose it or wait 2 month if im planning to get it back. Another catch is that about a month ago i did withdraw 40k from them in one week(lost it anyways:) but they did it that time since I was new user to own my trust but since i did it second time the rules are different and they are pointing to the terms and conditions that they never followed at first. Also i found ridiculous that i place wagers for minimum 100k per month and i can only withdraw 5k a week . No consideration or whatsoever , with other sportsbooks im a VIP client with same amount of bets and withdrawal takes hours not weeks

Livechat is useless

Livechat is useless , bet on a game being played at 2:45, game went to delay and was postponed for a day, no bets refunded, most websites void bets because lines change and weather effects lines etc, now I need to wait for my bets to settle in a day because they somehow think it’s smart to not void and let the bets stay pending, I bet on the game today, not the game tomorrow. Edit : they said it couldn’t be refunddd as the game was played tomorrow, so I log in today after the game was played and what do you know? The bet won but I was REFUNDED SINCE IT SAID THE GAME WAS CANCELLED, biggest scam site ever, says it wouldn’t be refunded and now it is after it should’ve won.

For 12$ bonus money my wagering…

For 12$ bonus money my wagering requirements were 750$. I carefully played and spent 3 days to make sure im left with some money. After meetibg the 750$ wagering requirements the player is entitled to the remaining funds. In ny case after meeting the wagering requirements of 750 i had 1000$. Tbey took it all and gave me 60 saying thats all im entitled to.
So after depositsing thousabds of hard earned money. I won some money. Which they restricted due to a imaginary promotion which i never opted in or Recieved.

Bonus is crap

Bonus is crap. Deposited $150 cancelled the bonus and have $500 and can't get it out. Opened a Skrill account that doesn't recognize my bank and the online transfer asked stuff I have no idea about. The worst site ever.

Do not go to this casino. That welcome bonus ROBBED me of over $600. I put $20 in and got up to $1100… did my play through and my balance of $800 turned into $200!! And that was it. The person I chatted with EVEN AGREED WITH ME that the bonus system is flawed.
They were no help and I instantly closed my account .

The welcome bonus and reload bonus is a scam. They let you bet thousands and all the winnings go to a bonus account which will only let you win a max of $375. This website is fraud. Stay away.

Terrible website

Their welcome promotion is so dumb, when you win a bet, they amount goes into their "sport" bonus, there is a cap on how much you can get, when you lose your bet, you lose from your cash balance first.
