Titan Bank is one of the worst fintech experiences I’ve ever had. It feels like a thin white-label slapped on top of broken core banking software, with basic functionality either missing or unreliable.

Core issues:
• Transfers fail or hang with no explanation
• Account status and balances are inconsistent
• Customer support is slow, unhelpful, or unreachable
• Errors are frequent, opaque, and unresolved

This is not a matter of “early product rough edges.” The system feels fundamentally unstable. For something that handles people’s money, that’s unacceptable.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. When things break, there’s no clear escalation path, no ownership, and no transparency about what’s actually happening under the hood.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Titan Bank unless you’re comfortable being a beta tester for critical financial infrastructure. There are far more reliable online banks that actually work.

These people take your money and then make it impossible to wire or transfer your money. I have provided all of the BIC/Swift information for a wire transfer to my investment account and they are still incapable of something as simple as a wire transfer. I have been trying to wire money for days and these idiots are incapable of dealing with a simple wire transfer.
I wish I never heard of thes people. STEER CLEAR!!!!!

We were referred to titan for business account by our tax attorney and applied. Only to have our information lost and process delayed multiple times.. customer service needs improvement and how do you lose applicants information multiple times.. is this the way they conduct business ? So my wife and I decided not to open a business account due to these flaws and poor customer service..

I have had an account at Titan Bank for over two years.
Pros: Mostly nice people, recently updated online and mobile banking systems are good.
Cons: Not helpful with simple requests. They could never get my initial check order right. Setting up a CD took days, then when I wanted to roll the CD over when it expired, no response in 48 hours. Fortunately, I never needed them for any complex transaction. If you just need a simple checking account, they would be fine, but if you need additional services, they come up short in my experience.

Titan bank is the WORST bank, ever. And DO NOT Be fooled by the PHONY "5-star" reviews here. Business owners can actually buy reviews like these.
Take it from me, I was a former customer.
They destroyed my business affairs. They never send the debit card or checks for your account. And then when you complain, and they agree to send them "again," THEY CHARGE YOU!

I can't thank Jonathan Morris and the team at Titan Bank enough for their professionalism and outstanding service regarding my 2nd draw PPP loan. The folks at Titan Bank processed my application efficiently and provided superb communication/updates on each step in the process. Whereas other lenders like BlueVine, Cross River Bank and Wells Fargo failed miserably, Titan Bank delivered and made the experience a stress-free one. For those of you who still need support for your 1st and/or 2nd PPP loan, I highly recommend Titan Bank!
