Great log splitter
Bought a 7 ton Titan Pro electric log splitter 2 years ago. It is excellent, if the log fits on the bed, the machine will split it. A lot of power and great customer service too.
Only 1 drawback for me, I’m looking at fitting better wheels for easier moving across grass.

Amazing support from Kirsty and the team to arrange delivery to my out of the way location.
My TPM250E fully electric transporter is an awesome machine and tackles my steep site with ease. It has saved hours of backbreaking strain. Battery life is amazing. Really nice to have a support team on the end of the phone to actually speak too

Inferior quality, Poor Service, Overpriced Junk
As a customer for over 5 years it is disappointing to have to leave this feedback. Titan-Pro market themselves as a British made equipment supplier. Truthfully they are a reseller of imported junk.
I purchased a self propelled lawn mower, paid extra for GOLD assembly and MAXIMUS warranty. After repeated calls to Titan when I experienced issues at first use, I had to pallet the machine, return to Titan to discover the blade was fitted upside down (GOLD ASSEMBLY). I paid hundreds of pounds for this despite the extra warranty.
The pull cord on the mower needs to be replaced two three times each year as the cord/rope is so poorly made and thin it severs after a few pulls.
The side discharge is cheap inferior minded plastic and will crack or split on the first impact of anything harder than a grass clipping. The smallest stone, stick, or debris will shatter it.
The screw knobs that hold these parts in place have only two threads to hold it in place and they are constantly falling off and need to be replaced at cost.
Despite my reluctance I then purchased a 15tonne wood chipper. I have used it once successfully. Since then in order to use the machine a new carburettor needs to be purchased and replaced. This is due again to inferior import parts. In this case the carburettor is so poorly made that the internal jets constantly clog and cannot be cleaned. This is despite emptying the fuel reservoir of the fuel prior to storage. This is a known issue and Titan make no effort to rectify.
Bottom line the equipment is no better than what you could find on eBay and the extra warranty purchase is worthless. Kirsty and co in customer services just don’t want to know.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. Stick with another major supplier who value their customers.

We take your comments seriously, but having reviewed the service report from our technicians regarding your mower, we must clarify a few points. Our Gold Assembly includes a rigorous pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Upon inspecting your return, our technicians found that the blade had been used extensively on the correct side (evidenced by the wear marks on the cutting edge) before being re-installed incorrectly and loosened, which subsequently damaged the blade boss. This indicates the machine was correctly assembled upon delivery.
Regarding the other technical points:
• Carburettor/Starting: Clogged jets are almost exclusively the result of fuel degradation (stale fuel/ethanol build-up) rather than a manufacturing defect. Despite this being a fuel-quality issue occurring two years after your purchase, we sent a replacement carburettor as a gesture of goodwill, even though this fell outside of warranty terms.
• Pull Cord: Frequent snapping is often related to starting technique. When this first occurred, we sent a replacement unit free of charge as a gesture of goodwill to get you back up and running. • Costs and Warranty: Our Maximus Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Faulty Machine, No Customer Service!
Ordered a brush cutter from Titan-pro as I’ve had one previously which did a great job. Unfortunately, when this one arrived it wouldn’t start, despite following all instructions, replacing spark plug etc. I emailed customer services almost 10 days ago and have heard nothing from them. I have now had to take the brush cutter to a local mechanic who services strimmers etc to have it fixed, at my own expense. I won’t be purchasing from titan pro again as clearly their customer service is non existent. Very poor service.

We lost £500 and a huge amount of time
We lost over £500 and a huge amount of time buying their products and we would 100% recommend that you avoid them.
We have a largeish garden and we thought it would be a sensible investment to buy a decent wood chipper so we could make our own mulch and chippings for the garden. Seemed like a great idea, be sustainable and also not have to pay for the waste to be taken away over a number of years and maybe save money in the long run.
But basically, it was awful. Very slow to use, got jammed every few minutes. Took hours to shred a tiny pile of sticks, didn’t matter if we did it or our gardener. It was a complete false economy, we had tried to get a good one to save us time, but it was a horendous waste of time.
We contacted the customer services as they proport to be helpful, but they refused us a refund, we were even happy to return it to them for a partial refund just so as not lose a ton of money, but they refused again. We had to sell it a few months later at a great loss.
Unless you plan to charge someone else by the hour to chip twigs, I cannot see why you would want one if their products.

I recently purchased the Titan Pro 7HP…
I recently purchased the Titan Pro 7HP Petrol Wood Chipper 55mm Capacity. Firstly i called up Titan pro and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who accomodated my need to collect a chipper. I collected next day and was assisted by their courier partner in loading. I arrived home, topped up oil and started the machine and chipped away for the afternoon. I do wish the machine had a larger throat for the windy branches, but I gues it satisfys the 55 mm need. The machine is strong and I am sure it will serve me well. I also really like the cover, really good quality when you cant get the chipper in a shed.

Hopeless kindling attachment and customer eservice.
I bought the five ton splitter and thought it would be a good idea to buy the kindling splitter attachment. The attachment rattles around on the main splitter and the securing screw simply screws into fresh air.
I contacted customer service including pictures and a short video clip of the lose attachment. The reply - it's supposed to be like that - full stop. Helpful eh? It's a shame the customer service 'engineer' is a waste of space.
I'll re-engineer myself. If you are not prepared to do so yourself I suggest you look elsewhere.

This company deserves nothing but good reviews. Cheap tools that you get what you spend.
I bought the electric 7 ton log splitter for £395 instead of spending £900 on a rip off brand. It’s advised to split up to 25cm log rings. I have split absolutely everything with it. Ash birch hornbeam chestnut oak you name it. Nothing this splitter won’t crack.
They also advise this is for heavy domestic use believe me I have split around 8 ton bags worth of logs in one day without any issues.
The replacement parts are cheap as chips and it’s so easy to repair yourself.
I required a replacement piston for the hydraulic valve under warranty it was sent out first class and I replaced myself back to splitting in 2 days.
Well happy, that’s coming from a qualified tree surgeon.

A reliable workhorse that won't quit
I bought a 20" bar Titan several years ago. I've been told by several Stihl and other distributors that my saw in inferior. But I've given this saw a huge industrial workout over several years, thousands of hours. Of course the chain needs to be sharpened regularly and replaced if over worn or damaged. The spark plug nedds cleaning and I've replaced it once. But this saw has outlasted several other premium brands during its life. Its a workhorse that keeps going. I love it better than my other saws. Well done guys, an inexpensive reliable tool good enough for a professional

Titan rubbish
Bought a garden multi tool. From the start it would not run properly. Would open the throttle, and the engine would just die. I bought a new carb, still would not run.Total and utter waste of money. It is now on its way to the tip to be thrown. Please do not even entertain buying a titan product, can not describe how rubbish it is.

don't buy titan garden tool it is crab
Titan garden tools are robbish I had two in a year it is so easy to break I don't think worth the money they charge for. Now I have borought unknown cheap Chinese made so far it works well. Titan is only a name worsts machine money can buy.
I brougt the Titan multi garden tool from Screwfix the first one broke within 3 months, of course Screwfix sent me replacement but it also broke just after the year warranty ended, and now I will not touch anything with Titan name on it.
When they said I got the wrong company, I looked the Titan Pro wed site logo was right , I don't think I got the wrong company.

Thank you for your updated reply. We understand how frustrating it is when a tool fails, but we must clarify again that Titan Pro (based in Dorset) is entirely separate from the Titan brand sold at Screwfix.
Regarding the logo: while the names are similar, our branding and products are completely different. Screwfix sells Titan, whereas we are Titan Pro, specialising in heavy-duty petrol machinery. As stated on our website: "Titan Pro Ltd is an independent UK retailer and is not affiliated with Screwfix or its Titan brand."
Because you purchased your item from Screwfix, your warranty and contract of sale are with them. We have no record of your purchase because it simply wasn't a Titan Pro machine.
We take great pride in our reputation and our high-quality petrol tools. Since this review is for a product we do not manufacture or sell, we would once again kindly ask you to redirect your feedback to Screwfix so it reaches the correct company.

I purchased a 15HP chipper / mulcher back in July 2020. The electric start stopped working. I called Titan Pro and they gave me some great advice on tracing the issue. Some 2 years 9 months after my initial purchase I have today received a new starter motor and solenoid. Brilliant! After sales is great and they truly honour their 3 year guarantee. PLUS the machine has been excellent! I strongly recommend Titan Pro Limited.
