This was my experience from a couple years ago (and the years proceeding that) but I still feel that it needs to be posted made know in as many places as possible. I've always gone here for all my tire needs since I could drive well over a decade ago, but I've seen it go more and more downhill over the years. Many years ago, it had that almost small-town "mom and pop" neighborly feel to it and now, it's just an infuriating headache.

My last experience there: I had to go and get a (one) tire replaced - which I'm not even going into drill into why I'm charged 2-2.5 times what it would cost if I bought it at Walmart and lugged it there because they also (so conveniently) always only have one available option for my car that's one of the most expensive of the literal dozen and dozens of options on their website, but I digress.

I get the tire replaced and the next day the tire pressure went from 50 (which - why so high?) to 18. I work multiple jobs, so this is just a pain to try to go back and address, but I do. The person looks at it and said they sprayed some sealant on the inside and outside and sent me off. A day or 2 later - same thing. I find time to make my way back and they replace the nozzle where you put the air in. (Keep in mind, each time I'm having to pay to put air in my tire almost daily alongside all the damage that goes along with this until I'm able to make it back.) For the FOURTH time, I have to go back to the tire shop because they have now broken my tire pressure sensor trying to "fix the problem". WHY are there so problems to replace one tire?! GAHH!

Now the best part: 1) as I'm waiting in the shop on my fourth time back to get this (one tire replacement) done correctly, I'm sitting there with a father and daughter and over-hear them discussing between themselves how that have also had multiple issues and had to come back multiple times for their one tire replacement as well. & 2) when I am called up, I am gas-lit (no exaggeration) the worst I have been my entire life. "No no, it was us. We didn't break it. The battery inside just died" etc etc. After I explained that 1) this has happened once before when that same shop broke the sensor while changing the tire, admitted their mistake and fixed it and 2) are you really telling my the stars aligned so that battery just so happened to die at that very moment you're banging around trying for the 3rd time to fix this tire? Absolutely refused to admit their mistake, talked down to the mechanically ignorant woman to get out of fixing their mistake - that's not even coming out of your check, so? I've already gotten confirmation that the sensor was broken and get to pay $250 to fix THEIR MISTAKE.

The time I went there before this whole nightmare, I did have to go back a few times but atleast they didn't break anything that time. Then the time before that (different car so fyi it's not a car issue) they did the same as this visit: had to go back a few times to get it done correctly, they broke the sensor (but DID replace it that time), etc.

When your main gig is replacing tires, but it takes 4+ times to get it to keep pressure but causing $250 in damage in the process - just stop. I've since learned my lesson and stopped trading headaches for convenience and drive 30 mins (instead of 5) to get it done right (the first time) and my favorite, not spoken to like a moron.

I was given a quote for a set of winter tires two days ago that was $100 less than the actual price charged after installation. The store manager would not honor the (phone) quote and tried to argue that the price might have gone up in those two days, blaming the fact that Vermont is run (mostly) by Democrats. Also: I have been their customer for 10 years and know that they had my name spelled correctly at one time because all of my previous receipts had the correct spelling. This time they misspelled my last name badly, and also had my address and zip code wrong. This location (Berlin, VT) appears to have undergone a change of management or ownership, as the interior decor is different and largely political. I recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

I had an appointment today to get my car inspected. I arrived 15 minutes early.the guys took my car right in and started working on it. They explained a couple things to me about the process witch was helpful to me. After the inspection was done the technician came back and said it passed and again answered a couple more questions I had. I paid the man and told him that because of his knowledge and ability to help me and his kindness that he would be seeing me in the future for more service. Thank you to the guys at the Essex Junction VT store! You Rock!

Don’t ever go here. This is probably the worst company that I have ever dealt with, from Michael Broderick, the CEO, down to the district manager, down to the store manager.
The last time we were in to have our winter tires turned over for summer tires, Tire Warehouse did the work. However they gave us the wrong tires when they returned our winter set. So when we went to put the snow tires back on this fall, they said these tires don’t fit. I said these were the tires you gave me so you need to make this right. The store manager said he can’t do anything about it. “Call corporate.” I spent the next month, everyone other day speaking to their call center, caught in a loop of “we’ll call you back.” Finally I reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn. He never wrote me back. But he did view my profile so I know he received the letter.
At long last, after more than a dozen calls begging Tire Warehouse to do what was right, they finally said they have tires but I’d have to pay to have them installed. I picked up the tires and decided to take them elsewhere to be installed.
There’s absolutely no way this company should be in business. There’s integrity and there’s not. And it either starts at the top or it doesn’t. Clearly at Tire Warehouse (Monro), Michael Broderick has set the example.

I went to the tire warehouse in topsham,Maine. I had made an appointment the week before. When I got there, they lost it. I said, How? They asked me it today at 10 would work. I said yes and they said, You got it?
No apologies, just I can book you for next week on Friday at 2. I was miffed but said okay. Went then and they lost it again. The salesperson said are you buying new tires. I said no, I'm putting on the tires I bought from you last year. I looked around the office which was fulled with tires. I realized they gave away my slot to someone buying new tires so they could make more money. Of course, it's all about money, integrity and honesty don't count. Kind of Sad

I went to the Tire Warehouse in Derry, New Hampshire and it was an amazing experience. They were exceptionally nice to me, worked quickly and well, and were knowledgeable about what they were doing. For someone who knows nothing about cars (me), it was stress free and easy. I will absolutely be coming back, and I suggest to others that they do the same. A++

The Tire Warehouse location in Hooksett, NH always delivers consistent high quality service. They explain everything, take time to make sure you understand and deliver as promised. They also seem to fit me in whenever I have immediate needs. One can't ask for much more than that. Highly recommend this location.
