Regret ordering Suparee Helm 7's! Website says " In stock, ready for immediate fulfillment!" So far it's been two weeks and still awaiting fulfillment. I've reached out to Suparee several times through online chat, email and Whats app. They finally responded with another two weeks wait time. Should have ordered elsewhere, lesson learned.

Absolutely love the quality of product. From the metal brackets to the brightness of the lights. Great quality for an affordable price. I own the 7 inch Helm, 5 inch cube pods as well as the 3 inch Recons. Love them all. Just wish the 5 inch pods had a way to block off the side shooter as an option. I have a set on the A pillar and lights are really bright. Highly recommend if you looking for a great product at a great price.

Product was horrible ripped while I was trying to get it on the first time

I purchased a tonneau cover for my Jeep. The item arrived quite quickly, unfortunately, that is where the "good" ends. I received a different item than pictured on the website. I called and emailed FOUR times with NO RESPONSE.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

fog light halos do not last, halo on driver side fog light has gone out only 25% still lights up after only 3 months of use

Delivery as promised

Ordered headlights and fog lights at the same time. Fog lights arrived in just a few days from CA to NJ. The headlights however took about 10 days and I had to reach out to check on tracking. Customer service was quick and responsive! Lights are great.

One negative thing is the instructions are great regarding the fuse box connections. A quick google helped me figure it out.

Would have been a five star, but took forever to receive my purchase

I ordered a product for my wife for Mother's Day. It showed on Shop that the order was placed. The money came out of my account in under 10 minutes. 2 weeks later and I still hasn't received shipping info, a tracking number, or the product. I sent no less than 6 emails and called their "Customer service" number at least 50 times. They were always "Kicking it outside work hours". I left a bunch of messages with no reply. When I finally heard from someone it was a 3rd party customer service who promised to "Escalate and prioritize my email" with Suparee and I would hear back from someone in 24-48 hours. I'm STILL waiting on a reply, my freedom panels carrier bag, or a refund. The woman I spoke to sounded like she was on a headset and working off of a laptop in the middle of a busy city. I could hear car horns and motorcycles going by. Do yourself a favor and forget you ever saw their website. What a waste of time and money. Spend your money elsewhere. I thought they were a reputable company but it appears to be another money grab scheme.

order was not fulfilled - complete failure on your part

I ordered a complete set of low beam, high beam and fog lights from Suparee. I received an incomplete order and the low beam bulbs I received were another brand of bulbs! The communication with this company is the absolute worst. Its mid March and no resolve and still havent received fog lights....DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF!

Never received my order. Was told some nonsense about quality control issues. No refund and no parts ordered 1 month ago

Never recieved my order poor communication i still have not notified of a refund. Ordered in August

Product doest not fit my 2024 jeep wrangler rubicon with power seats. Should of said that in the description. Total waste of money.

I am super happy with how my new taillights look! They blow the factory away!

I bought a pair of LED headlight bulbs for my 2004 Honda Element. One bulb was good and one was defective. You refused to replace the defective bulb. I sent you a description as well as the order number, however since I ordered the bulbs through a friend's Amazon account I did not have the Amazon number. I was unable to access this number from my friend who has since left town.
I offered to return the defective bulb to you but that solution was rejected. I would not recommend your company to anyone else, based on your poor customer service.

I have never been disappointed with any of the products I have gotten from them. The quality you get for half the price of other vendors can't be matched.

Ordered the storage bags for my 2024 jeep wrangler and clearly they don’t fit and are not made for this year. The quality is just ok. Not impressed with them at all. The straps and buckles are cheap. Don’t get me wrong the bags look cool but definitely not worth the money when you can spend a little bit more money and get similar bags that are clearly made for jeeps by jeep lovers.
