Ive purchased 2 curly wigs which btw are the BEST glueless curly wigs I’ve ever purchased! And also a body wave. The wigs literally come ready to wear! I didn’t need lace spray or anything!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tinashe Hair.
I purchased a 22-inch, 250% density wig with a 13×6 lace for £180.20. The website advertised the wig as pre-plucked, with bleached knots and lace that would melt into the skin amd glueless.
When the wig arrived, the lace was very visible and did not have the natural, skin-melting appearance advertised, and the overall density appeared significantly less than what I would expect from a 250% density wig. The wig is not glueless. It needs ALOT of work before you can wear it. I have photographs and video evidence of the condition of the wig when received.
Importantly, I did not wear, alter or use the wig. I contacted Tinashe almost immediately to request a return and full refund. I did not receive any response to my emails instead, they respond via WhatsApp only which takes forever.

What has been particularly frustrating is the response I have received. After going back and forth, they initially offered me $15 back which I refused then they offered £25. I refused because I did not pay £180.20 for a wig that does not match the description.
They then asked me to provide a video and pictures proving that the wig had not been used, which I did. After providing everything they requested, they have continued trying to persuade me to keep the wig by now offering a £35 partial refund, including £10 that the representative said would come personally from their own salary.
I don't want £35. I don't want to keep or resell a product that I believe was not supplied as advertised. I simply want to return the item and receive the full £180.20 I paid, without being left out of pocket for something that did not match the description.
I am now going to escalate the matter to my credit card provider.

I am leaving this review because I think potential customers should be aware of the difficulty I have experienced when trying to return an item that was not as described and to be aware that this company is a complete scam. Their products are all a lie.

I would strongly recommend carefully considering before ordering from them.

This hair is beautiful and very thick and soft. The customer service was amazing . The tracking was very accurate so I got the hair in a timely manner. I will be getting my niece another one for her graduation gift 😄 good job guys👍

The bundles are very full and soft. The customer service team are there for you from the beginning to the end. I received my order pretty quick, customer service assured me that I would even though they had to deal with me being impatient. I can’t wait to get the hair installed. I really deal mess with this company. I recommend so many people. I always get compliments on my hair, whether it’s wigs closure or full frontal or crochet hair. My stylist is always recommending them to their clients as well. Hair can be stinky at times but not all times, nothing a little vinegar and shampoo and conditioner can’t fix. I’m truly a repeat customer. Hair is bomb and affordable, love the after pay option! Quality A1 it’s not one wig over the period of four years that I still don’t have I seriously have a collection and a million and one pink Tinashe wig storage bags! Buy it you won’t regret it.
