I love ordering from Tinashe hair. I have not had any real problems with my order, aside from one order where I wanted a pre cut lace ( because they are the best) and received a wig where I had to cut the lace myself.Ugh. I told them about it and they offered to send it back or get a partial refund because I had opened it already. They are very accommodating and fair. I have about 4 wigs from them now. I love their wigs. Please don’t hesitate to purchase from them and shipping is fast.

Order from Tinashe Hair.com several times… it’s literally the only hair company I order from . The hair comes pre-plucked, bleached and very soft . I absolutely love that I can wear my wigs as often as I want because they last so long … such a great company!

I ordered a wig from you guys and it was horrible! The wig came with a hole in the lace and when I tried to run my hand through it from bottom to top. Strands came out completely (yes I wet it so i can run my hands through easier). I messaged them in their what’s app to make them aware and the said oh well take extra discounts off your next orders ! I will never order from them again. I emailed them for a full refund. And I paid extra to have them expedite the delivery very un happy

This is my 3 wig from this company.i have read mixed reviews but this is my honest review. I could not find the tracking info so I reached out to them through what’s app and I got a quick response and an update tracking information. The wig that I got looks really pretty so far. One of my favorite wigs came from this company. I have shampooed my wig over 6 times and she’s still going strong. I am an experienced hairstylist and I retail extensions from some of the top vendors but this has been one of my best reasonable price wigs that I have worked with from a company. My experience has been good.

I love both wigs I’ve purchased from Tinashehair. I’m natural so they’re very convenient on bad hair days. I received them within the timeframe they said I would. I will definitely order from them again.
