Huge delivery times and false stock info
They list items as IN STOCK - they are not in stock. They take your money and ring fence the money - they don’t bother telling you the item isn’t in stock - you have e to chase them - then they reply and say it’ll be 10 weeks etc. even though it showed as in stock.

Hi, Thanks for your Comment About the Delivery, We are sorry this was a logistic fault, the driver delivered the Wrong Box and Delivered it to another customer Wrong As well, your next delivery will be after the 15th of this month as we don't have any stock for immediate replacement, we are sorry this was mistaken by the driver or warehouse, finally we have collected for replacement or refund, we are strongly recommended check all the box make sure correct name and box number before open the box, especially large items, this will help us to replace immediately, but open box we cannot send or use for another customer according to company policy.

Arrived in good time . Lovely lads delivering . Keter shed up now and just as described . Fits in well into the whole garden . Shed’s are not attractive, but this one ( Keter artisan grey ) is not ugly 😂
It’s bigger than I imagined and will be great when I de clutter my garage !
