Umsatzsteuer einbehalten. Versandkosten werden erst Tage nach dem Kauf nachberechnet Kauf

Die Waren werden incl. Mehrwertsteuer und zuzüglich Versand angegeben, welche man dann auch bezahlt. Um später weitere Versandkosten und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer berechnet zu bekommen. Die Umsatzsteuer wird einfach einbehalten und auf der Rechnung steht dann auf einmal der Bruttopreis als Nettopreis.
So wird aus einem 399£ Artikel, der bei Tiedex 476£ kostet, inkl. Versand 501£ dann nochmal 98£ zusätzliche Versandkosten nachgefordert und später kommen dann noch mal 211£ an Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und gebühren hinzu. Englische 80£ Umsatzsteuer sind weg.

Ich fühle mich um die englische Umsatzsteuer Betrogen und von den intransparnten Zusatzkosten hinters Licht geführt.

Die Ware wurde aber ordnungsgemäß und schnell geliefert. Deswegen doch 2 Sterne.

At checkout, the website initially charged £24.99 for up to 10 kg standard parcel shipping.
However, your dishwasher is a large appliance with a dimensional weight of 68 kg.
The correct freight fee for oversized items is £122.99, and the remaining £98 was later billed to match the courier’s required rate.

This adjustment ensures the product can be safely transported on a pallet using heavy-item logistics.

We completely understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, which is why we are upgrading our system to show full freight pricing upfront for bulky items before checkout is completed.

Faulty item arrived. No refund or collection

After buying a washing dryer from Bosch , it arrived faulty. More than a week has passed and it is being a nightmare to get it collected and getting a refund. Really bad customer service, it seems that chat gpt is answering the emails. They asked to return myself the appliance (huge dimentios) to the North of Ireland when I am located at the south. Fighting to get 1200£ back. Really bad. Scam

After your Bosch washer dryer arrived damaged, we immediately opened a case and arranged a return through FedEx under label #8850 5340 7088. Our logistics team scheduled the collection directly from your address — 7 The Mews, Belview Wood, Cork, T12 CV9Y — so you wouldn’t need to handle any part of the return yourself. We want to reassure you that you are not expected to transport the appliance. FedEx will collect it directly and return it to our UK distribution centre.

We also wanted to clarify that while you mentioned being asked to return the appliance “to the North of Ireland,” this was never intended to cause confusion. All returns are processed through our UK facility as part of Bosch’s official return network. This ensures every product, whether from Ireland or the UK mainland, is handled according to Bosch’s strict quality and inspection standards.

Avoid Tiedex Ltd – Misleading Practices and Poor Customer Service

I had a very disappointing experience with Tiedex Ltd. They advertised a product at a very attractive price, which seemed like a great deal. However, after placing my order and making payment, I received no confirmation email or update on the status of my purchase.

I had to chase them myself to find out what was going on. Eventually, I received conflicting emails—one claiming I had cancelled the order (which I hadn’t), and another saying the item was out of stock. They then offered me an alternative product, but it was significantly more expensive than what you’d find on the high street.

This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. It appears they lure customers in with low prices for items they don’t actually have, then try to upsell more expensive alternatives once you’re already out of pocket. Based on my experience, this company operates in a way that is misleading at best and potentially scam-like.

Please avoid Tiedex Ltd. There are far more reputable retailers out there who are transparent and reliable. Don’t risk your time or money.

Please watch out for this company because these are fraudsters and tricksters I advise against shopping in this company, I bought a dishwasher and after 3 days I wanted me to pay with the installation, it stinks with fraud I warn you not to buy.

Please note that due to the specialized nature of integrated dishwasher installations, we are unable to supply the unit without also providing our professional installation service. These appliances require installation by a Level 2 qualified technician, and cannot be fitted with basic tools such as screwdrivers.

To ensure the appliance is installed correctly and to avoid any risk of damage, we regret that we cannot proceed without proper installation arrangements in place.

The worst customer experience

I can’t quite decide if I have been scammed, victim of supreme incompetence or a combination of both. Tried to arrange the return of a £500 item for over a month. Email communication was near nonexistent or monosyllabic, phone communication was a combination of ‘yes mate will sort’ without processing what was being said. The gentleman on the phone did agree to organise a courier but managed always to send on non-agreed days. After several failed attempts for collecting someone did pick up the parcel without leaving me a receipt. Obviously Tiedex then claim they never got the parcel back. I tried to call hundreds of times to follow up, but ended up being blocked. Lost my money.

Tried to charge me 3 times, goods damaged and no refund

They tried to charge me 3 times the amount, I called them immediately and some man was rude on the phone and said he was busy at the time and promised to call the next day (which he never did at the end) and he put the phone down. Thanks to Natwest they manage to stop them doing so. And to add insult to injury when they delivered the Garden Ketter shed was damaged I reported this and asked for a refund and kept offering me a replacement when I explained several time it was too late as I had already installed the shed.. I would never using them again.

Damage replacement always before installation as soon as after opening the box, you didn't notice anything as soon as opened the box and you noticed after the installation,

we have given the option of full replacement or parts replacement
but the customer asked for a spatial refund, unfortunately not all the products qualified for a partial refund, so we have rejected a partial refund and the customer refused replacement as they installed already
we only answer 99% of email responses and WhatsApp apps only
