There should be an information about the real DHL Express costs.
I think it would be a good idea to have a pre order, check real DHL costs for customer and let him accepts these cost before the order is finally done.

As it is clear, that is is not cheap to transport something across Europe, everyone is calculating with these cost, but they are very various amounts and the order is done without knowing exactly.

I ordered a hurricane go kart for my grandson and was feeling very stressed that it may not arrive in time. Following a number of messages by phone and to admin I was very relieved to recieve a phone call from the director of tiedex late this evening confirming he would personally follow up my order to ensure the supplier will send the go kart by next day delivery in order to ensure i recieve it at least one day before my grandsons birthday. Excellent personal customer service in these difficult times

Attention, suspicious website?! I've tired to purchase a laptop from this website and when I've arrived to the payment section my crad was declined with a message that the payment couldn't be verified. After that I've e-mailed their sales team and suprising a received an answers very fast although it was a late hour, saying that the payment needs to be verified by sms or bank app. I found that to be very weird since that was for me first time happening and that wasn't all. After a few minutes I received a phone call from a unknown number, which I didn't answered but they left me voice messages saying that was the sales department and that they could guide me through the payment procedure of course this happend at a late hour, after 8:00 pm. I've replayed by e-mail the next morning, stating clear that I would not like to be called and I will not provide any ingo by phone to a person that I don't known. After a few hours I've purchased the same laptop from Curry's and guess what, my card worked perfectly fine, the payment was successful. By the evening I've received a SMS from my bank that my card was blocked for a suspicious activity and that I need to call my bank to verify some details. After calling my bank I've found out that my bank considered suspicious the attempts to pay on this website, therefore my card was blocked. Now I don't know how the payment process works on a website but I know that the bank takes precautions when payments online are made, I usually get a SMS from my bank yo let me know that a payment was made and if wasn't me that made the payment to call them asap, also in my bank app I can see at any moment if a payment was made and it's saying pending payment, that means that it's on waiting usually for 12-24 hours to be verified. Again, I'm not accusing the tiedex website since my purchase didn't went through but I do find it suspicious as my bank found it two, or maybe was my fault that I've tried multiple times to pay with no success and should have to stop after the first attempt when I've gor the message that my card couldn't be verified. I hope mu review will help other people in the same situation. The advice from my bank was to stop after the first attempt to pay if the payment come with an error message, since continuous attempts will lead to a blocked card.
I also hope that the sales department of this website will fix their payment method since it's creating problems and frustration to the buyers.

received my pro sport rl rowing machine and was very impressed with the build quality ,very heavy in construction but folds up to be easily moved around or stored away.
i have started using it and is a very impressive rower with similar qualities to the much more expenive gym branded models.would highly reccomend this model.
only one gripe is the courier service as it didnt come with a 2 man team so the delivery driver was very apprehensive about getting it up steps but we managed it with no big issues .

It should be more clear that the parcel comes from uk and your have to pay import tax

I would recommend Tiedex customer care, whenbthe manufacturer refused to send out a replacement they refunded me for a faulty projector without question and were very responsive to my emails. Thanks

I wanted to order a Cedar pergola. With Brexit, even the main importer, Costco UK, wasn’t willing to deliver to a Northern Ireland address.
Tiedex accepted the challenge, taking the time to explain the customs requirement, EORI registration needs, and delivering 300kg of prime Canadian Cedar in bulky pallets.

The interior bowl broke clean around the bottom, I emailed customer service with pictures as I’d only used it a few times and was told to clean it and resend pictures which I then cut my finger on! They then said they didn’t cover any breakages and tried to sell me another new one for €99!!! What a rip off, they’re €50 every other brand! I thought by spending double the money I’d get double quality but the opposite is true and customer service is rude and unhelpful they only responded 24hours later when I said I was going to leave a bad review!!! Very bad and will never buy anything from them again.

Product livet up to expectations. Delivery was faster than expected, and som initial trouble regarding delivery to a remote location (vacation home) was sorters out in a ambitious way.

Brilliant company - I can understand why some people may be sceptical/worried as the prices are so good and it seems like an eclectic mix of goods. I too was sceptical so ensured I paid via credit card but I need not have worried. Communication was great and delivery was on schedule and then I realised I had ordered the wrong size of shed... totally my fault. Tiedex very understanding and called me to ensure I wanted to cancel (waiting for them to get the one I want in stock). Order cancelled and refund processed straight away. No hesitation in recommending.

The delivery service was fantastic, my order arrived within a few days. My problem is that one of the contact sensors did not work. I sent you an email about this on the 17/06/21 and you have not bothered to sort it out or email me back. I hope now that when you read this you will get back to me and sort it out.
