This dealer is intentionally awkward and staff are very rude and argumentative, they do not want to know, or honour any pre agreements when things go wrong. Stay away

Recently bought a car from the branch in Milton Keynes and was given incorrect information about the service history, which I only found out after purchase as the dealership had 'lost' the service logbook. Only after chasing did I get some information and was advised this would be followed up. Have chased with the used car sales manager, who initally responded and offered a partial resolution, however complete lack of acknowledgement to subsequent follow up requests. I then raised a complaint through the ADR process, who simply forwarded it to the manager in question who continues to ignore my emails. Follow up emails to the service support team go unanswered. Certainly not what I would expect from such a well known dealership.

The vehicle was serviced quite quickly, but they did not do the rear wash wiper when I put it in. I said when I squirt the front one, the rear one works and it wasn’t washed afterwards either.

Took car for mot service plan what I told them it took nearly 5 hours to do mot all it needed was one tyre and then tried to charge me for mot t and when I said Ino it's on a service plan the response was I wish you would have said I've got to print all this off again now I said I did tell you this morning if it wasn't for service plan I would definitely not be using them again

I recently purchased a used car from Thurlow Nunn. The car was delivered in really good condition. Bradley helped with making the process really smooth. All queries were dealt professional and with care. Great customer service.

Went to the mg garage in Corby for a warranty claim. The service manager misinformed me and more than none occasion with my booking and parts that where fitted to my car. The truth was none of warranty work was done. Then when challenged he refused outright to fix the car. The issue was with the light sensors, I had waited since the summer for my booking and got in October after they cancelled hours before bookings when I finally got my car in the service guy told me the dipped headlights would always be on in the winter, when I explained they were on in the summer as well he dismissed it and said bring it back next summer. It was fixed in another dealership and NO the lights are not on when it is a bright day in winter. Will never step foot in Corby dealership again. It a shame because I have to travel to find a decent dealership. The lady in service also appears to want to argue as well but I didn't fall into that trap or lower myself to there level, they were reported to MG UK.
Just to update and I waited a while, nobody contacted me me details were provided, not that I want any contact we have nothing to discuss, unfortunately it seems they put these comments to make them self look like they care. I have spoke to others who had issues with the Corby branch and will not return, not good business for Corby branch.

I bought a Kia Ceed as a part exchange from Thurlow Nunn Lowestoft and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ross was fantastic throughout the whole process — he sent detailed videos showing the vehicle’s condition and even held the car for me as I had a long journey to visit. Sales team were informative, helpful and not pushy. Extended warranties, service plans etc were offered which I declined on this occasion. They showed me other similar vehicles from dealerships in other areas. The one I chose was made available promptly the next morning which I purchased.
