Good service, quality of the jacket was really good despite being preowned and was cheaper than similar products on ebay and guntree. Delivery was as promised. Definitely use again.

Great packaging

Great packaging. easy to navigate sight and check out. The deliver was a bit delayed and took over a week to get here but I will blame the Christmas period.

Clothing was very very small

Clothing was very very small, almost as if it had been shrunk in a washing machine.
I ordered a large which in any brand would usually fit however what turned up wouldn’t even button up let alone fit.

This is a Xmas present for a teenager, so I am unable to comment on how pleased the "customer" is. However, I award 4 stars only, because we had to repair a stitch on the garment to ensure that it would not fall apart. Noit everyone can do this repair. On the plus side, the garment was delivered in good time.

The after sales service is awful

The after sales service is awful. No one answers the calls and there is no proper returns policy
