Training needed for staff
Spent two wasted, frustrating days trying to sort out a problem.
I have been pushed back and forth from customer services, business services and our local 3 shop.
Not one department will resolve my dilemma.
Each one pushing it to the other, no one will take responsibility for their mistake. I have know wrote to the complaints department, I hope they will reply and resolve !

very bad signal I don't have signal most of the times indoor I do receive text message missed call, poor customer service tried to call them ended the call never get back to me effected my business soo much. raised complain few times nothing changed

Avoid Three Business like the Plague
Avoid Three Business like the Plague! They used to be great, with a support team based in the UK that were always happy to help, but now they off shore their support and it's awful. They have policies that they imply but wont share with the user, when you mention complaints they hang up or end chat (even though their website says to use chat for complaints). I was on live chat for 2 hours today and they kept ending the chat while I was typing.
If anyone from three business sees this, I have the full transcript and screenshots that I'd be happy to share
