Great experience
The clothes were dope and I feel I got a lot for my money. Definitely some nice fits and a style change up. Can’t wait for my next box!

Honestly I switched from one subscription to this one and at first I was kinda disappointed but as time went along they got better. If there is something that I don't like my wife usually takes over so we both enjoy the box.

I’ve used other box subscriptions…
I’ve used other box subscriptions before and disappointed. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon opening my first Threadbox. I clearly communicated my tastes and desired look and Courtney took it from there. She actually listened and sent me a few items that I ended up liking and keeping all of it. I am looking forward to continuing my subscription and working with Courtney again.

Amazing experience
It is absolutely recommended to try out threadbeast, and I plan to come back to it every once in a while to keep upgrading my closet. I’m gonna be very honest, I didn’t like my first box. But time after time it kept getting better, and Just make sure to leave your review on every box you get, because thats how they make your box better by the time. Also, check your preference section every once in a while to make sure you didn’t choose some stuff you dont need anymore so that way they wouldn’t send anything you might dislike.

Love that you’re consistently using the preferences section in your portal. That’s exactly how to help your stylist get it right! Make sure to also check out the preview and swap feature before each box :)
By the way, did you know you can switch to receiving boxes every 2 or 3 months? It’s a great option if you want to keep your account active (and your loyalty points growing!) without getting boxes too often!

Misleading Promo and Difficult Cancellation
I tried ThreadBeast, but it was hit or miss with the clothes. The promo ad said I’d get an extra $150 in value, but it definitely didn’t feel that way. For the same price, I could’ve picked out better stuff myself.
The biggest issue is the cancellation process. It’s not simple at all. I found out after trying to cancel that you only have a 7-day window after your last order to do so because they claim they’ve already “invested in your package.” That policy feels unfair and restrictive.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ThreadBeast or use it again.

Regarding cancellations, we do have a 7-day window (shared during signup) that allows members to cancel anytime from when their box is charged up to seven days after delivery, since each box is custom-curated based on your style profile and notes.

Amazing Experience!
Threadbeast actually helped my life out 100 percent.
From having no clothes to have a 2 closet wardrobe for a affordable price.
I'm not a picky person, love being different, and that's what threadbeast did for me, set me apart, and got me presentable for any occasion. So much more I can say.
