Ya never know

I lost everything in a fire. I chose Thread beast to rebuild my wardrobe. Although the style wasn't quite what I was used to, the choices and weren't far off. The comfort, quality, and ease of the process... I'm happy with my new wardrobe that we have built.

Good

Style is pretty much exactly what I wanted, the boxes are mostly worth what I pay every month. I do not like shopping at all so the convenience of new clothes every months helps a lot. When I can’t decide on an outfit I can basically put anything they’ve sent me together and it all matches pretty well.

They have a lot of work to do!

The clothes are of decent quality and not bad! IF you can get them to stop screwing up the boxes! Due to them sending me items I expressly said not to send and wrong sizes they’ve screwed up 3x in a row!

They also just send you a bunch of pieces no thought process or complete outfits. I wanted them to be good and my first box was good! After that it sucked!

I have tried to work with CS they want me to pay for restocking and shipping for the mistake they made 3x in a row - Not happy and not a great response.

Threadbeast still hasn't reached out to help! I had to go to the CC to fight their mistakes.

This company bills you without any confirmation

I saw an email for an $100 off online and I wanted to see if the deal was worth the price. I clicked into the site and get a notification that my card was charged. No confirmation no nothing. I asked to cancel my package not even 5 mins later. I got no responses after many phone calls and emails and a package on my door 2 weeks later. I would NEVER use this service

My experience matched SO many of the…

My experience matched SO many of the other reviews here - terrible customer service! I ordered several months worth of boxes for my son and when we built up his school wardrobe (most choices were pretty much in line with what he likes), I canceled through the website. I received an email confirming this cancellation and I did it within their 7-day requirement. I still got texts offering to come back for a discount and just deleted them.

You can guess what happened next, right? A $160 charge on my credit card and shipment confirmation WEEKS later. I emailed them and said that I'd need a return label and refund and they said NO REFUNDS even though I sent my evidence that it was confirmed as canceled. I contacted my bank with the info so they took care of it but then these fools had the audacity to start emailing me about the chargeback and asking if I didn't like my purchase? I didn't make this purchase, y'all. I had proof. You sent it anyways and I asked to return it. You refused. I can't fathom this company will stick around if they can't stop treating customers like this. I would have gotten a few more boxes for spring/summer but absolutely will not now.

Absolute horrible service

Absolute horrible service, requested to cancel last 2 months ago but was too late so told them to cancel after box was shipped. Had a feeling the didn't so went on the website, they just gave me the option to cancel (wasn’t there before). So i cancel, said my subscription ends jul 28. Guess what the frick i wake to this morning? A damned charge from this absolute garbage of a company. Guess they were mad i canceled and refused to talk to their sorry butts on the phone. So they started my subscription back up. At this point id rather kms than receive this package. Screw thread-beast and everyone involved in my case. And myself of course for signing up for this dumb crap.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like your account may have been set to close after a final billing cycle, which is why you saw the cancellation date in July. We always cancel subscriptions whenever a request comes in within the eligibility window. However, once an order has been processed, it is very difficult for our team to stop orders given how quickly we are committed to sending our members their boxes!

A giant pyramid scheme

Not gonna lie, some of the clothing I’ve gotten has been pretty good, I see a lot of the same brands being recycled but due to the high price of the boxes (even at a basic subscription level) I want to cancel, too bad they make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to cancel their subscriptions. Basically a scam and I highly suggest against these people unless you’re super comfortable blowing 100+ bucks a month for clothes you probably won’t wear as often as you think.

While the cost of our boxes may seem high at first glance, each one is curated with pieces that would cost significantly more at retail. Through our partnerships with various brands, we’re able to offer these styles at a bundled price to provide greater value. For members who prefer to spend less or receive boxes less frequently, we also offer plans that ship every 2 or 3 months, starting at $60 per box.

You are correct about our cancellation policy — members have from the moment a charge goes through up to seven days after their box has been delivered to cancel. This window is in place to allow our stylist team to prepare for future member boxes based on recent box ratings and member preferences!

Walmart mystery box

Some clothes were ok but most was clothes from Walmart, and be ready for socks and plain t shirts, they will throw in a pair of $100 jeans to make up for the $30 worth of everything else, canceling is a pain in the ass and you must cancel within 7 days of receiving your package or you will be forced to order another box but you have to Google how to cancel them because they don't have it on their website, if they do its so hidden I never did find it...its a horrible company, I had it 2 stars but after writing this im taking it down to one star,,, stay away unless you want a Walmart mystery box

I noticed a fraudulent charge on my…

I noticed a fraudulent charge on my credit card within 12 hours of someone purchasing a package from thread beast. I contacted the company immediately to have the package canceled. This company refused to do so. I had to file a discrepancy with my credit card company and cancel my card so they could no longer charge future packages. They continue to send me emails, and think that because my personal information is linked I’m somehow responsible. They continue to send me emails about their company policy about no refunds when I didn’t even make this purchase myself so that information is not really helpful. With that being said any company that doesn’t offer a refund is not a company that should be selling clothes. how often do you go into a dressing room with clothes that look great and you end up buying every piece, Just a thought because beware there’s something wrong with thread beast.

$20 restocking fee for a box I never received is a scam

Signed up because that is the only way to see what would be in a box for me. Didn't like any of the product they had picked out. Cancelled my membership literally 10 minutes after signing up. They called me after the weekend to confirm that I cancelled, but because they had "been working on the box" over the weekend before calling me I needed to pay a $20 restocking fee. Absolute scam of a policy. Incredibly disappointed with my experience.

I’ve had maybe 1 decent $150 box out of 7. I end up getting the most random trash they can offer. Literally got a work shirt. I end up giving 98% of the garbage they sent me away. What a waste of my time and money. Never again!

It started great, then it Tanked.

It started great, then I quit it, clothes small or threads loose. and they enticed me into getting back by promising rewards in my boxes but they never send the rewards and they did this to me twice, the second time I ordered the box just to get the reward and they didn't send it even after communicating with them before they sent the box. I would never buy them again, because now i know they buy unwanted clothing and sell them cheap. The worst part is that i tried to communicate with them on this topic and they kept AI answering me, they tried to dupe me into another reward on the last email "We also see that you’ve earned a reward! Let us know if you'd like to apply it to your next package, bringing even more style to your life."
