Ive ordered two watches (not received on time stated) must apologise for the first review one star given, i need to change this, Jamie thankyou for your help and texting me with updates along the way,I received both watches today and im very pleased with them...in time for birthday, it took time but im happy with resuultsso now tgey aare five star well done jamie

Absolute liars! Bought a Skeleton watch for my son at Christmas my son was over the moon with it unfortunately within a week internal part fell off and watch stopped working. Contacted Thomas and George was willing to accept a replacement but despite them agreeing to that, email after email with excuse after excuse 2 months later no replacement or refund received, £60 out of pocket and one very upset son. Despicable service!! Update after T &G reply, The watch was not smashed! A part had fallen off inside, I have the video proof, watch was still in stock when replacement was promised!

Absolutely over the moon with this watch. The quality is exceptional — solid, beautifully finished, and feels far more premium than I expected. You can tell real attention has gone into the craftsmanship. What made the experience even better was the customer service. A brilliant product backed by even better service.

I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the watch, as an avid watch collector I am always looking for well priced, quality watches and this watch didn't disappoint, so much so I ordered a second watch. Great service too, I received the watch 2 days after ordering. Highly recommended.

Bought 2 watches now(Tokyo Black and Kingston Blue) awesome watches and look way more expensive than they are, get positive comments off people asking me where I got them from. Will be buying more watches within the next few weeks. Highly recommend. A*****

I bought a watch, a pair of sunglasses, and a bracelet from Thomas & George, and I was genuinely surprised by the quality. Everything feels premium, looks great, and exceeded my expectations. I’m really impressed and definitely recommend them!

The quality of the watch for the price is incredible. The timeliness of delivery is very good also. I have purchased a number of watches and am very pleased with all of them. I would thorough recommend Thomas and George.

Avoid!!!! Bought a watch, when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture on the website. The one on the website had lots of detail on the face and exposed cogs. The one I received was just a plain, cheap looking face. Contacted them and was told they would send out the correct one the next day. Never received the new watch and are now ignoring all of my communication

Ordered a watch from a new range being advertised and was delivered within 2 days. Well packaged and product is extremely impressive. Lots of bang for your buck. Will order again soon when my wife allows me 😂

Started off well got my watch then a few weeks later had an issue . I have contacted live chat ,email and Facebook messenger and no one has replied to me to sort out my issue of taking the watch back. Wouldn’t recommend on this basis.

After I see the Thomas & George ad on instagram about watches and other things, I decided to bite the bullet and ordered one of there watches Tokyo Black for £59.99.
I wasn’t disappointed it came only a few days later, super quick delivery, and I can honestly say it’s a lovely watch keeps perfect time and looks really expensive, I’ve had a few comments from people asking me if it was a Richard's Mille watch, a few days later I also bought a bracelet which to my surprise was heavy and looks great next to my watch.
I’d definitely recommend this company and will definitely be buying again in the near future.
And just to put this out there I’m not a BOT neither do I work for the company, this is a genuine review, so if you’re looking for a Xmas gift for him or her this is the place to come.

I am amazed at the quality of this watch for the price. It really does look like it cost so much more than £50! I love that you have the option to buy without unnecessary packaging too, very good thinking! Honestly, I highly recommend the Skeleton rose gold watch, I love it.
