Really happy with my experience with Thomas & George. I ordered the Norway Automatic Skeleton Watch and I’m very pleased with it. The watch looks fantastic and I’m really enjoying wearing it.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish.

I ordered a watch to be delivered by Evri to an Evri drop off point they sent it by Royal Mail so obviously it couldn’t be dropped off at the shop,they re sent it but the courier didn’t say he was Evri so the shop declined it which thus tone it was the shops fault,I’ve waited months now with just a few emails of Jamie saying it will get sent out but I’ve had no reply for weeks now even tho I’ve sent numerous emails,all I want is the watch I’ve ordered or a full refund but it looks like I’m getting neither,I wouldn’t normally do these reviews but I’m left with no other option seen as tho I’m getting no response from the company!

Got nothing but love for Thomas and George - I’ve now got 3 watches (2 Madrids and a Tokyo) and 2 bracelets and all exceptional quality and bold pieces !! Quick delivery too !!!

What can I say Thomas and George watches not only look good but the quality!!! definitely feel the quality on your wrist feels and looks so much more expensive than what you've paid. And my friends can't believe what I've paid I bought 4 in total now can't decide which ones to wear. They where posted out so quick and delivery so prompt definitely be ordering more to go with my collection. Thank you Thomas and George for my amazing watches 10 out of ten.

I recently purchased the Automatic Skeleton Watch - London Gold Edition from Thomas and George and I am incredibly happy with it. The watch itself is absolutely lovely, looks stunning in person, and feels like great quality. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish timepiece.

Unbelievable quality for this price point! Jamie was great to contact and always followed up on delivery issues, which, to be fair, were not of his making! Evri! But he came through and job done! Cheers Jamie! Keep up the good work!

I was very cautious about ordering from this website because the prices seemed almost too good to be true.

But….

When I received the watch, it is stunning! It’s a wind up or spring mechanism so can sometimes not be as accurate as others but that’s down to personal preference. The watch itself is a really aesthetically pleasing piece. I can’t fault customer services either, I’ve had many conversations with CS through their instagram and they have been really engaging.

Let’s be truthful, you’re not buying a Rolex or Breitling. You are buying a £60-90 watch that looks nice.

I’m looking forward to my next piece from them.

I recently bought a Thomas and George watch for my brother.He was very impressed with the quality and he thought it must have been very costly.It looked great and he is wearing it in meetings where it looks stylish and impressive.

I recently purchased a watch from these and tbh I couldn't be happier. It arrives earlier than expected and for tge money the quality is excellent. I have has friend ask me a out it as mine is white with yellow straps. I would recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

I have purchased 2 watches from this company, & I can honestly say they are fantastic.
Very quick delivery, & very nice looking time pieces......& a bonus that they are very affordable whilst looking like mega money.

My wife ordered me a couple of items on the 24 th may , after receiving emails from royal mail saying we are expecting your parcel , we still haven't received anything (10th June) .
We have emailed and also the live chat .
They don't seem to be interested.
Let's see how interested they are when I drive to the place , I'm only 4 miles away.
Avoid this company , seems to be a scam

Bought 2 watches. Delivery was pretty quick. Unfortunately one of the watches came damaged. I've tried several times to contact them via email but I've had nothing back. Guess the old saying but cheap buy twice really does apply.
Other watch is fine. Hence the 2 stars and not 1. Shame the customer service is so poor.
