The order was received in good condition, on time and fast delivery with a friendly and polite delivery agent. I was very happy with my item as it was the same shade red as I was expecting quality is good and not expensive I will definitely recommend to friends.

A nice dressing gown but has its issues.
Dressing gown arrived within a few days of ordering and looks very nice and is a good one size fit. The colour was exactly the shade I was looking for.
However, there were bits of the material shed all over house.
My husband has washed it before I have actually worn it to release the creases from packaging. I would definitely advise others to wash separately as a lot of the dye came out in the water.

I asked for estimate time of arrival.im out quite a lot .didnt get reply. Luckily I was in when parcel arrived.i stay in south side of Glasgow East Kilbride 30 mins along the road took a week to arrive . Apart from that Dressing Gown Top Notch Terrific purchase 👌

Don’t buy a Thistle bathrobe
Bathrobe is cheaply made and too small. Have emailed twice to request return and refund but no reply. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this company or their products.

Can I return it now ?
Your description of the robe was not accurate, I found it to be rough, crudely made, thread and bits of cotton coming out. It was also over priced, a similar robe, at half the price is available at Amazon, of similar quality, if not better. I am sorry that I bought and even more sorry that I did not return it.
