Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very quick at responding to queries. The programme is easy to work through and all the work goes into great detail to help with the exams

Candice was very helpful by giving a lot of insight into the available options, this helped me narrow down my options and choose what suited better for me according to my agenda.

I spoke with Hakeem, who was nothing short of a completely professional who said all the right things. His in-depth knowledge of the field really shone through especially when dealing with some of my skeptical comments. All in all a seamless transition.

I have just signed up for The Health and Fitness Institute courses with the help of Candice. She was so patient with me and understanding of the fact it is a big decision and was so knowledgable and informative. She helped me chose a package that I am very excited about and, confident I can progress to where I want to where I want to be.

Candice was very thorough, relatable and lovely to speak with. She guided me through the course packages to ensure I was certain of what I can't wanted to do and that I was choosing the right modules to suit my career path

Terrell offered a clear overview of how the courses all work, and what is involved in each level, as well as the differences between each course. He also provided clear answers to any questions I had.

Just want to say a huge Thankyou to Terrell for not only getting me all sorted with the exact kind of course I wanted…but for putting up with my 6434 phone calls and 6434 questions a week 😂 considering the sheer amount of qualifications I’m going to end up with through the TFHI iv bagged a cracking deal! Cannot fault his customer service one bit and I Can’t wait to get started :)

EDIT (10th July 2024) - Today I have had to change my review from 5-stars to 3-stars, and the Title (previously - "Super helpful and available team to guide you throughout!"). As the course has progressed, though overall the team are very helpful, on more than one occasion now it has been difficult to get someone to return calls and emails, for more than 2 weeks at a time. This can put a real delay on your progress and dampener on your spirits. The 1st time I imagined the person I'd emailed was merely on annual leave, which indeed they were. An auto out-of-office message, as one suggestion, would be really helpful here as a means of effective communication in order to manage customer expectations. During that entire time, which stretched beyond annual leave also around 4 weeks or so, we are only left to guess. Furthermore it became known that a colleague was supposed to be picking up emails/calls in the interim but there was still no response or acknowledgement. I am now currently still awaiting a call back promised 10 days ago, and no response to 2-3 emails in between. Hopefully all is ok and nothing serious has occurred but, again, surely a colleague would be managing matters if so....? Lastly I would note that my experience has not been limited to just one particular individual and so my original review, below, should be taken lightly in terms of response times once you've signed up and are a paying customer. (Hopefully my honest edit doesn't affect the rest of my experience with THFI, and future accreditation...)

ORIGINAL REVIEW: As a relatively new training provider, it was easy to be skeptical of THFI. However from the 1st contact with Hakeem (Sales Manager), who took plenty of his time to answer all my questions on a late Friday afternoon in a very informative and helping manner, to Zoe in Customer Services, who is always on hand (promptly) to answer any queries that you may have through the course, and to Jo and her fellow tutors, I can't find one area that I've found lacking whatsoever.

When you 1st start it can be overwhelming but they all work as a team to guide you through it.

My favorite aspect of the course, so far, is that when you're doing the readings you can often find yourself lost in terms of "am I ever going to get this?!" etc. but then you attend their live webinars, and watch their recorded ones (the best, especially for the anatomy learning!!!!), and it all forms neatly into place.

I don't think you will regret taking a course with THFI. Good Luck!

Awesome way to learn and get a qualification. Most importantly easy to fit around a busy life style with recordered seminars!

Such a supportive and great network. Throughout the study of my course, it’s very easy to get in contact with the lecturers, when in need and very easy to navigate where everything is.
