I had a really positive experience dealing with this jeweller. Despite giving them fairly short notice, they were able to source the exact watch and specification I wanted very quickly, and at a better price than I was expecting.

I also part-exchanged a watch with them. While it wasn’t the highest offer I received elsewhere, it was still very fair, and the overall convenience of handling everything in one smooth transaction made it an easy decision. The process was clear, straightforward, and well communicated throughout.

All things considered, I’m very glad I went with them over other options. The ease of the process and the peace of mind made a big difference, and I would happily recommend them.

If I could leave zero, I would. Do not trust their advertisements. I recently bought a Rolex which said it had recently been serviced. Which it seems to say on a lot of their advertisements for watches for sale.. I sent my watch off the Rolex for a service which should’ve cost around £800 only to be met with over a £2000 bill. Three attempts to contact the company zero correspondence back from them. I was strongly suggest asking for a copy of any recent service they claim has been done.

I recently bought a datejust Wimbledon from them & had an Absolutely fantastic experience. Very professional guys and beat any other price I saw online for a watch with even better condition! Would definitely use these guys again and already thinking about buying my second watch through them! Cheers guys.
