I have used the WMarketplace many times. Their products have all been top quality, and it is now the site where I routinely order my hair products (Masami). I also have ordered various home items and been happy with all of them. Great products and supporting women—perfection!

Gifting!
I love gifting products from the W Marketplace. The sellers do such a thoughtful, beautiful job of packaging and I love introducing friends to new products, from women owned businesses. I have found the service team to be exceptional as well.

Update follow up email procedure
I ordered a spoon, and the payment the went through. A few days later, a rep contacted me with a suggested replacement but it was not what I was looking for. They refunded my money, I never received a product, and now I've gotten 3 emails trying to get me to review a product I did not receive 🙂

Did NOT Disappoint :)
Nicely packaged with extra flax and lavender included just in case. Also threw in a cooling mask. Tbh the quality was even better than I was expecting. 10/10

Nightmare to get in touch with customer support
I have been trying to contact their customer support team for about 2 weeks about listing approval and no one has gotten back to me. My products are still not live.

DELIVERY ISSUES
I realize this has nothing to do with the product itself, but I had issues with the delivery. I was sent a notice that it would be delivered by UPS at my door. It was not! UPS delivered it to the post office and after a trip to the post office to track down my package and going online to file a complaint with USPS, I finally got my vinegar.

The enameled metal tray I bought is even more beautiful than the photos. It came packed on time, and was packed sustainably, which is a big plus for me.

Recent Purchase
Recently I bought two products from WMarketplace: Yoga Rocks, and Dry Dog Shampoo from Rowan. I love that I can find such unique items that I wouldn't be able to get anywhere else and support women-owned businesses at the same time! It's a win-win.
