Not reliable
I ordered an item and my order was canceled for no reason. I was given a small credit for the fact but the order was a present and I now have to scramble to find something else.

We're so sorry about the issue with this order. As mentioned in the November 26 email from Customer Care, the $0 pricing for the item was a rare error in our system. We wanted to be sure to cancel immediately and send you a credit so you had plenty of time to find a beautiful new gift.
