I looked for several quotes for a new front door and a couple of windows before choosing the Window Hub. Unlike the other companies I spoke to there was no greasy salesperson, the quote was reasonable and the warranty and good reviews made me go for it. I found them honest and down to earth, the installation was brilliant - great quality and I've been getting compliments on my composite door. They made good around the frame and the whole front porch looks tidy and much lighter while also being more insulated. Good communication throughout, always call you back when they say. There was some confusion about an aspect of the door furnishing and they went above and beyond to correct this ensure I was happy. Reliable and good quality, could not be happier :)

Had a Front Door and Window fitted, Kieran and Steve did an amazing job, can't fault them, great guys very polite and fantastic work ethic, can't recommend these guys and The Window Hub highly enough.

To start with, I am pleased with the quality of the windows. I had had windows from The Window Hub before so I was confident I woud be happy with them. The installer - Kyle - was friendly, polite and efficient. He seemed very thorough and the finished appearance was first class. I was very pleased with the whole process from quote to installation - especially as Kyle left everything clean and tidy.

Another brilliant job by The Window Hub! This is the second time we've had windows installed by them and we're soooo pleased with the job they did...we had the bathroom and the kitchen window done this time by Kyle, who worked very efficiently on his own, did a great job, and tidied everything up afterwards and cleaned the windows! Fab job all round-thankyou Kyle...
Can I also mention John Cahill who is also a great asset to the company, he came round to measure up, answered any queries we had and was extremely helpful and friendly...would recommend this company to anyone, deff a ten out of ten job!

Had a representative named Naz come to visit my mother at her property today. He was so patient and understanding of her anxiety and explained every detailed to her slowly. He was a real help. I was concerned how my mother would cope with a potentially pressured sale. It was actually the opposite. I actually hope mum chooses this company for her windows. The longer guarantee and a good quality product. Most importantly he was sensitive to her needs and ours a family. The price was competitive but also I felt supported in explaining her choices not pressured. Thankyou Naz for taking the time, much appreciated.

Excellent service all the way through the process. I had all my doors & windows done in total 10 windows & 2 doors fitted in Irish Oak. Looks amazing, quality of products very good. The scaffolding lads were great. Dan & Dave who did the actual fitting of the windows and doors were fantastic. They were a well oiled machine & all done in about a day & a half. Tided as they went. Would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service from my first contact with the company. My old windows were leaking so I needed to replace them urgently. On the day, Rich and Luke were very helpful, arrived promptly and covered my carpets and furniture. The new windows are perfect and give me a much better view of my garden. My new windows were installed quickly and my home was left in perfect condition.

Just had 3 new windows fitted this morning and the finished look is brilliant. 2 young guys: Rich and Luke got on with the work, both lads were very proffessional, polite and cleaned up when job was completed.

My experience of the window hub.

From start to finish, I should have read the signals as I was quoted for better windows that I had, as the salesman advised their windows are great quality. It started with the fitter came on the first day and worked well on his own to fit 4 windows and the advised us that he had been told to go to another job and we will see him next week. So next week came and he turned up fitted 2 more windows and by lunch time he had to go and did not appear for 2 days then he fitted the back door. He then started to replace the soffit and gutters at the front-end then advised us he won’t be back until the next week. When he was here he worked very well.He arrived the following week to fit the soffit to the rear and fit the front door.

As soon as he had completed the job the next day we got a invoice to which we paid only to get a phone call to advise that they had got the bill wrong and we owe more money as their accounts dept got it wrong and sent out a new invoice asking what is owed to be paid within 48hours.They have to be the worst company for communication, they do not answer email’s and if you leave a message on the answer phone they do not return the call.

The maintenance team do not answer the phone, we have had to send emails to get someone to ring us. We were advised that the windows are more noisy because of the trickle vents and offered f type noise reduction one’s at a price. I asked for a price 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting.

Mathew paid us a visit today for us to sign a contract for replacement patio doors. Very friendly, no false promises, useless gumph and didn't outstay his welcome as most sales people do. Can't wait for fitting and a reasonable price too. Well done and thankyou Mathew.

Faultless service and install. I had a full install 10 windows and 3 doors over 3 days. The whole team were really helpful, but Kieran was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He deserves a payrise!

The new door is perfect! Kieran and Steve were very professional, efficient and quick. They tidied up afterwards and made sure that we were satisfied with their job before they left. It was a very good experience and the new door complemented the fitting of most of our windows last year. We would certainly use Window Hub again if required.

From the initial meeting with the sales agent to the actual fitting, the whole process went smoothly.
We had 2 bedroom units replaced, a large rear window and our double patio doors. Gary, the fitter was polite, very fast, tidy and friendly.
Would definitely recommend the company to anyone who is looking to have their double glazing installed.

Kieran & Steve fitted 6 windows and a door, they did a excellent job very clean and tidy, highly recommend.

We had 6 windows and 2 doors replaced by TWH last month. The following bad points are vastly outweighed by the later good ones, hence the rating.

The initial price and sales tactics were a bit wild, but eventually, we reached a very good price. Communication between sales, surveying and fitting wasn't the best - we had to keep on top of all of the things that we'd requested or been offered within the quote (e.g. window restrictors, window board capping) and reconvey the details to the next set of people. The surveyor was not happy about us asking him questions about the details, despite us having been directed to him... maybe he was having a bad day.

But - the fitting team were incredible - very clear, professional and tidy. The whole job was turned around in two days and the end result is fantastic.

In general, I would highly recommend TWH - the staff were all very pleasant, the fitting experience was not at all stressful, the product is the best we came across in our extensive research and the price was right.

Just had the remaining window and patio door fitted. Very pleased with the the previous windows fitted so have now completed my renewal of all the windows.
Excellent quality, great price and service all round.
Good workmanship from the fitters too!
Would have no hesitation in recommending Window Hub to anyone considering renewing their windows!
