Avoid this company at all cost! Scam company, do not answer emails of calls and so many customer like myself receive damaged goods. Total scam! How they are allowed to operate is beyond me

I really like their products but they never reply to any email. I had an issue with my purchase and I had to just give up
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE on the phone and limited email service. Lovely website that draws you in and some nice products but had problems with 3 out of 8 items: had to return one as damaged, one item was not delivered (part of a pair) and just given a refund without explanation (we wanted the missing item to be re-sent to make the pair) and one lamp was damaged (also part of a matching pair for bedroom side cabinets). Kept the damaged lamp in the end as the company stopped stocking the item at that point and they were just what we were looking for (repaired it with some polyfilla and paint). At no point could I speak to anyone, notwithstanding calling the number on the website and emailing them.

Poor customer service
Still waiting for three items that I ordered over a month ago to be delivered. No answer on email or phone. Useless customer service and the items that did arrive are terrible quality.

Company tries to remove bad reviews
Had to verify my review as company tried to have it removed . Don’t like bad reviews the don’t sell broken , cheap home furnishings and refuse to refund when items arrives looking like it’s been ran over by a truck and dumped in a lake. Terrible customer service . Avoid at all costs !
Shocking customer experience, cheap flimsy furniture
First and last time I use this company. Pretty website but that's it! The bathroom cabinet I ordered was so light and flimsy, every drawer was damaged, paintwork bad, bits of wood broken and splintered off. I emailed them photos, my comments were ignored I was just told to send it back, no mention of the photos damage nothing. You are advised to claim a refund via PayPal returns but PayPal said as it's damaged the seller should have returned postage. Luckily they refunded anyway. Steer clear, cheap flimsy over priced furniture and terrible customer service, I wish I had read the other customer reviews before ordering.

Took my money and not delivered my full order!!!!! Terrible experience, after using this company twice before I am really surprised to be having to write this report. I placed an order for several items. One of the products did not turn up but I received a product that I hadn’t ordered. I emailed as they do not answer the phone!. I got a reply saying that they will send me a returns label to send the wrong item back and that they would send me the missing product. This was over 3 weeks ago, I have emailed several times with no answer. Therefore I have paid for a product that it looks like I will never receive.

Avoid at all costs, it is not worth the risk
I ordered a small table which on receipt was faulty, the screw was off entire so the pedestal and table top could not fit together flush, I raised it to the company who told me to rescrew it. I asked for a refund to which they replied I would have to return at my own expense. I disputed this but they very quickly stopped responding (I have no doubt they will use COVID as the excuse!
To summarise, I returned the goods obtains proof of post. The company have since failed to respond to any of my attempts to contact them.
So right now, I am not only out of pocket as a result of faulty goods, but I don’t even have the goods any longer, just a Royal Mail proof of post which appears to be worthless.
AVOID THIS COMPANY, no customer service and dishonest practice.
They also tell lies, they have never contacted me or instructed legal.
Perhaps just return the money I paid in good faith!

Great value and quick delivery!
My order was delivered quickly and accurately with no fuss whatsoever – no mean feat during these difficult times. The product was exactly as specified online and amazing value for money! Great stuff!

Avoid this company
Interesting to have found so many others have had the same experience as me. Never had a response from them despite leaving numerous messages emails and DM’s. So rude and as someone else said it’s good to support small businesses but they have a responsibility to their customers. So I am now going to throw away my once lovely cushion covers that have run whilst I hand washed them, completely ruined despite saying I can machine wash them on a 30c wash. My friend was going to purchase a piece of furniture from you but I will advise her against it after reading all the reviews and my own personal experience. Such a shame you could have had a great business!

Terrible quality and over priced furniture
I bought a narrow chest from this company. It looked lovely on the website but when it turned up, the quality was cheap and awful, it was cracked and I would never have paid what I did for this type of rubbish. I wrote a polite email and didn’t get any response. I got a generic reply about returning the item when I sent a further email a week or so later. I was back and forth with PayPal (who were helpful and responsive) about trying to return it free of charge but this wasn’t possible. I am fortunate to have got my money back from the credit card company. If I had seen other people’s negative reviews first, I wouldn’t have bought from this company in the first place.

An Instagram con I’m afraid. They have spent a huge amount on photography and lighting but when the products arrived they were clearly bought from one of those large chain cheaper stores(the label was even still on) which charge £30 less than what I unfortunately paid. There is no-one to contact and the quality was horrendous!!
Do not buy from them..

One star is one too many!! Products look great online and range is good...however, descriptions are inaccurate and customer service is non existent! Rude, arrogant attitude so no further purchases from my home refurbishment company!!! Their loss!

Ordered 2 lovely bedside tables. Arrived when they said they would. Both items damaged. Emailed photos to company. Accepted they were damaged and offered full refund. Asked for replacements. REFUSED !! Told to return items and PayPal would cover the return cost. £30.60 was cost to return. PayPal will only refund up to £15 per return. Have emailed company twice only to be ignored so it cost me £15.60 for the PLEASURE of receiving damaged good, re packaging them and taking to post office to return. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
The white lighthouse did not like my review and complained. I had to verify that my experience with them was not fabricated as they had suggested it was not a genuine review. This I did, and my review has been reinstated.

Lovely table - very pleased!
Admittedly I placed my order before reading up any reviews on this company. I was then pretty convinced I’d made a huge mistake.
I tried to call and emailed for an update on when to expect my item (console table) and both went unanswered (my reason for 4*) but my order did arrive and I’m really pleased with it.
Damaged item, dreadful customer service.
Bought the large white wicker heart and it arrived damaged, got in contact to see if I could get a replacement or if they would offer a discount and got a standard reply, not interested at all, sent a fair few emails and just got ignored!
They are clearly not interested in keeping the customers happy which is a great shame as I will not shop here again.
Very disappointed, I would usually try and sort this out with a company but am due a baby any day so can't deal with the hassle, possibly something this company hope for if they just ignore the customers that people won't fight them.
I guess I'll have to try and fix it my self, not what you expect from a retailer.

Selling someone else's products
Total rip off, this company is buying furniture from other companys, sue ryder in my case and selling them off as their own products. In my opinion they the tried to mislead me by putting their stickers over the top of the Sue Ryder branding. A real shame, tried to support a family run business in an effort to support independent businesses only to find that they're just ripping me off. A real shame, I would advise to avoid and to check elsewhere for the same products.

If minus stars were possible...
If I was able to give them minus stars, believe me, I would. Stay clear of this scamming company. All you have to do is look at the reviews. The only few positives are probably their family members 🤣
They ignore their emails and phones. Have changed their social media accounts so you cannot comment to ask questions etc.
They buy items cheap as chips And then double the price! The items are from B&M and even disgustingly from charities such as Sue Ryder! If I had known Sue Ryder sold half the stuff I would buy it all from them knowing I was helping a charity and not some god awful company that has zero interest about its customers.
Now watch and wait for their copied and pasted response Like they do to everyone about ‘All few customer hurl abuse before being sorted’. Nothing gets sorted by them because they don’t answer the phone or email.
An absolute joke. Stay clear please for your own sanity 🤣
