First service for my Audi A1.
Excellent customer service & half the price quoted by Audi service centre.
Will definitely use again.

My friend had difficulty in started her Audi TT she couldn’t unlock the steering wheel, anyway we contacted Vasstech at Northallerton and their manager called by on the way home and quickly sorted out the problem, super service.

Superb honest advise.

Without going into specifics, I used this garage under recommendation from a mechanic friend for my Audi and I was in their honest hands to help me with my car. They worked on it and could have charged me anything for the work that they had done but I was pleasantly surprised that they charged me very little compared to other places would have. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I have recently had both my cars serviced and MOT’d with Vasstech in Northallerton. I highly recommend them if you want a job done to the highest standard. Their customer service is excellent, Scott has been a godsend with picking my cars up and dropping them off again each time. Thank you for a fantastic service!

Went to these guys and girls after the Local Audi Franchise dealer l t me down for the third time.
Very helpful and straightforward to deal with, they keep you well informed about the vehicle progress (unlike Audi) and are clear on pricing. Good company.

Where to start? I live in North Wales, my son in Darlington, I am retired, my son works full time, I am his designated P.A.
He had been working in London, on return his Audi had a smashed window, as the MOT was due, I looked around for a garage that could work with the model and found Vasstech Darlington. From the start NIOMI looked after me, she found details of recovery drivers (the car wouldn't start) she advised, corresponded, telephoned, emailed, took and sent pictures, quoted and requested and made every step of what could have been a tortuous journey stress free. Had fault with our Toyota Aygo and took into Vasstech today 20th March and they managed to correct fault same day without any fuss. Brilliant service and had car back within 3 hours. Thank you so much.

Completely misdiagnosed my A8's turbo overboost issue, P0234. Can't have looked at the turbo, and immediately wrote it off as carbon deposits clogging the vanes, requiring a new turbo and a massive 5k+ quote to repair the car with other parts required which naturally gave me a bit of a shock and I left the place feeling deflated. Luckily, I'm stubborn.

Found a great garage, got the turbo removed to rebuild it as I was abroad - the turbo shop then called me to tell me it was in great condition, no carbon deposits and zero oil issues, just needed a new actuator, as I originally said when taking the car to Vasstech - so pointless expense to me based on their word. Decided to handle the issues myself upon my return, and fixed everything on the 5K+ quote for £600.

Front staff middling, terse, uninterested. Mechanic, who I had to ask to speak to, nice chap, utterly wrong and caused me more expense than was required. I just worry that any other customer would have wrote off their car as not worth fixing due to bad advice.

Had a brilliant experience with Vasstech Darlington after my SUV was advised, by the main dealer, to have an oil leak & would cost mega bucks to rectify. All the staff at Vasstech were extremely courteous & helpful & my vehicle was inspected promptly. Advised to return the vehicle the following week for a second inspection & informed there was no evidence of a current oil leak. Despite spending time & effort, I was advised there was no charge to which was amazed. I would recommend Vasstech Darlington 5* as they are genuine & efficient & a pleasure to deal with.

From start to finish vasstech dealt with a big fault with my car very professionally the girls taking the calls and emails where superb in contacting the warranty and getting things done as smoothly as possible, the mechanics are superb spotting faults I never knew existed without these guys I think I would still be chasing problems with my car, I couldn't recommend this company more highly, you pay for what you get and it was money well spent, I didn't get this service from the audi garage so I'm glad I used them, keep up the good work guys.

Great service from a knowledgeable company who specialise in my case Skoda. Knew exactly what was required and price agreed before work carried out.

Have used Vasstech Northallerton for 10+ years for servicing my cars. Got good service with reasonable bills plus explanations as to why costs were incurred. Everything you would expect from a local company.
December ‘24 showed just how good they are! Got an icon showing gearbox fault on 20 December afternoon. They were painting the Worksop floor , so officially closed, but,” Bring car down, and we’ll do what we can”. Quick check reassured me no gearbox problem, but booked car in for full diagnostic check in New Year.
Result fault gone, nothing present except faulty rear brake light bulb. Bill for bulb replacement!

Service and brake pad replacement here having been let down elsewhere. Reasonably priced, efficient and friendly service (special mention for Abby!). Would certainly recommend.
