Excellent quality black metal 4 Tier unit and very competitively priced. Customer service was also excellent as DHL lost the original package and Ella of Urban Mill sent a replacement on next day delivery. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Pleased with my purchase very speedy delivery

1. The website doesn’t mention the brands they are selling and it is advertised as “our product”. I ordered an open wardrobe and found out when it arrived that it was a product of VASAGLE. This brand is sold by Amazon and a few other distributors with a better return policy.
2. The site also doesn’t explicitly state in the overview of their Return/Refund section that you are responsible for arranging the return shipment and paying the cost of the shipment. You have to download the form to know this which you might not do when purchasing an item.

Item promptly delivered. Well packaged. Shelving unit very good but wrong screws sent with item so couldn't assemble it

I would certainly recommend this company for its great customer service and aftercare, My parcel came really quickly but unfortunately the contents had been terribly damaged in transit, I emailed them and almost immediately got a reply from a lovely lady named Ella who was really kind and apologetic about this, she offered me a refund or a replacement, so I decided to have a replacement which was delivered to me less than 24 hours later!! And the contents were in perfect condition! I'm so impressed with the way my problem was dealt with and can't thank this company enough for giving me such good service and Ella was so kind and understanding, I will definitely shop with them again ,thankyou

Package beaten up on delivery, four parts of the desk damaged including the wooden top which had a large crack in it. Absolutely dreadful.

After I raised the complaint Urban Mill’s response was great. Customer service were in touch straight away and with no quibbles despatched a new desk. This arrived in two days and was well packed and undamaged. Fantastic customer service, thankyou.

I just ordered from Urban Mill. Although the company doesn't have a phone line, if you can be bothered to send them a message via email, they will respond. A nice lady come back to me very, very swiftly and answered all my questions about a product including helping my order to be processed fast, so it will arrive in time for me to take to Europe in the car. Excellent service from Urban Mill!
I have had their furniture before for my student daughter. She loves it and I'm looking forward to receiving the ordered items.

This is what I needed, and I'm pleased with the quality and delivery in two days.

Great delivery and fantastic product. Looks stylish in my son's room and decent sized and functional desk.
