Ordered a rail on 27th September 2025, shipment kept being delayed, finally arrived on 14th November. Packaged badly with polystyrene- a dated way to package products and terrible for the environment. Quality of the product ok, but nothing special. Wouldn’t purchase from this supplier again.

Quick delivery of great product at good price

Unfortunately the company did not keep in touch regarding the delivery date been missed. Just because they use a delivery company it is still their responsibility to keep customers in touch with delivery changes.
On the plus side my daughter loves the lamp

Good company, products stylish, instructions good and well marked and labelled. They also sent a spare set of screws clearly marked "spares" in a little bag which is always nice.

Very competitive prices compared to similar products too.

Would definitely use them again.

Initial order failed to arrive but help email quickly resolved problem. New order was dispatched quickly by overnight courier. Well done! Good service.

I was led to believe that the fittings provided with the item would be suitabe for my wall. They clearly arent and the instruction booklet from the manufacturer clearly states the fittings are only suitable for one type of wall.
Upon a request for a return and refund, I've been told that I would have to pay for the return even though I've been mis-sold the item.

You would think that the company would provide a free return label in this instance. Poor customer service and poor attitude to issue resolution.

Following more email communication with the company, customer service has agreed for a refund. Therefore upgrading the recent experience to 3.
