Worst customer service once they received money if there is problem with app they really dont givr shit, paid gold package and installed the app but my username has been removed permanently even paid last week and sent many many emails but no reply

The worst Support Team ever! Ignoring emails or contacting after 2,3 days. Probably first spay app but not the best. Nothing is true on website, sistema is very week and not working properly. Keep asking for reinstall, which is impossible to do without knowing the partner

Had to give it a one, cause zero was not a option. Don't waste time purchasing the app. Many tracking option don't work. Customer Service sucks no help.

If I could give zero stars I would! Hopefully someone takes time to read the reviews like I should have. It does not run stealth mode, it actually came across the target phone and the car screen that it was being recorded, even showed the count down until it was done. I bought a month but it expired after 3 days and this is just a bit of the issues. It does nothing it says it does and customer service SUCKS just as bad as the app/software!!!!!!!!!!!

I was never provided with what I had paid for, each time I had tried reaching them they transfer me, I’d say you be careful, I was doing research, and got to know about a a better competitor, who was very much able to get me all I needed. This company has to be the absolute worst I've ever experienced with customer service. They never respond to your issues. There is no working number you can call to get a live person. The app works extremely poorly most of the time. When it does work, it's not too bad but would be tolerable if you could just get some help when there are technical issues. They have ran updates to their program claiming it's supposed to help run their system better but they don't notify you of any changes. They say it will take 2 hours to update and will take over a week. No matter how many times you reach out to them, they NEVER RESPOND! I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Worst decision I made was going for this dead app, such a waste I later made use of this agency and with them I see all what I want off my partners easily and unlimitedly Wat-sap.-1-2-1-6-4/0-2-7:0-5 to get their service.

It works. Though not great.
Doesn’t track whatsapp.
With Call recording feature, I could only hear the voice of the person talking on the phone in which it is installed. Voice on the other side is very low and hence can’t understand.
There is no customer service. I didn’t get response for any messages.
Overall the app is good enough to confirm whether suspicions are real or not.

Very Bad experience with there after sales service,tried to contact them on there supportatthetruthspy.com and its just send feedback as complaint received, then no action.tried so many times,I think They have no service team only just a product with server. worst experience with the truthspy support,

It simply doesn't do the most important features, as Ambient Voice Recording and Phone call recording. I bought Gold. Doesn't work. Don't waste your money but more importantly your energy and time.

A few stuff worked for about 2 weeks. Then nothing at all works!!!!!
Total rip off.

Its now 10 months since my above review and still nothing works. No customer service either. All attempts to contact customer service were futile.

This has to be a scam.
A complete waste of my one year subscription.

I paid for premium and have only trouble with it.. It dont work as it should and tried contact the help line several times but im not getting any respons... Its a waste of money, poor service, the just take Your money and laugh behind Your back..

Nothing works after taking even gold member , all are just name , no data coming up on those name , dot waste money on this app

ambient voice recording is not recorded. Not already recorded 72 hours. Why? I paid for gold did not moa to use it.

Un produit super qui fonctionne tres bien et un service apres vente utltra-rapide.
Je recommandes vivement mobipast pour celles qui ne connaissent pas grand chose à la technique car c'est vraiment simple à installer.
