It's a very fraud & misguided.
The software stop working after 10-12 days, and never worked again. Even after done the settings as per their suggestions. I had premium service for 1 year. All waste no refund.
They promise many features but only basic features like msg was working and that too stopped after 12 days. Now nothing working.

I would leave no stars but I can't, I've try it 2 times on 2 separate phones of my kids. There 11 and 12 a boy and girl. But they both were found within 6 hrs of being put on there phones, and I had so much trouble contacting them to get my money back, and I still wasn't able to get it. And it's not cheap and I bought it twice. It is actually messed up that they offer u a full refund if your not happy within a few days. But that is a total lie! So I wasted closer to 100$ on this app that was found and removed when it was supposed to be hidden. Oh and the chat button on there site to ask questions is where I was told I could get a refund, by a actual person from the site. Not happy, and still want my money back!!!! It's some B.S! People make sure you can go without the money if it doesn't work for you if you do go on and buy it. Bcz you won't see your money again either way.

I bought a product, but I can't download the software.

This is a fraud company now they had change there name onespy to one monitor. Worse software worse after sell support. Cheaters always try to give wrong information. Ones you pay you because useless to them they don't have any phone no no mail id no other way to connect after evening. So NEVER EVER BUY IT.

absolute fraud. nothing works except, the tracking feature wobblingly works. I wasted money. I will try refund but I dont think that would work. dont buy this product.

I'm a user from India.It is a worst app forever.Not recording all phone calls,call history.Getting only 60%.The sales team misleads us.Technical support is very very bad ..They don't know to respect custumers.They cannot solve our problems.When the data not get they tells due to low battery,lack of internet,but having enough battery charge and well connection of internet.They stands for their own arguements..Live surround voice is not working at all..Promising worst service..This app is not useful to anyone.
So please don't buy this software..

I decided to try The One Spy and purchased their product, knowing that if it did not fit my application, they had a refund policy.

"If TheOneSpy customer is not fully satisfied due to any other odd reason; a refund of 50% amount will be processed."

Their product did not work. Period. I have emailed to customer service. They have the most deceitful, untruthful customer service I have ever encountered in ANY product I've bought. I have emailed back and forth with them.. only asking for them to uphold their Refund Policy of 50% back (I should get 100% back but I only asked for them to keep their word of 50%).

THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY REFUND. The customer service rep (Millow, Milo, Mew) will not address my concern and only tells me that they are going to troubleshoot my devices for me. I NEVER asked for that! I had no problem using their product, my problem was that the product is insufficient for my needs and I'm not satisfied.

They are a SCAM and they WILL not honor any refund garuntee AFTER you purchase any product. One would think that this bottom-barrel type business dealing would not happen in the modern world. The customer service reps will not email you more than once a day. It is a SCAM. If you are thinking about purchasing from this company, RUN as fast as you can!

We have bought software from onespy delhi on 18th dec.2019 as per their sales executive(Uma) information we bought that product on yearly fees of 9000/- after using this 2-3 days its quite complicated to install on user level we already sent many email to company reg.email id of refunds now company refuse to give us our refund by(Alok). also we already submitted our GSTN NO . AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION BUT AS OF NOW STILL WE ARE NOT GOT ANY INVOICE FROM THE COMPANY. AS PER THERE REFUND POLICY WE ALREADY BEEN INFOMRED TO COMPANY WITH 15DAYS OF PURCHASE. WE ARE FACING LOTS OF ISSUE WITH THIS ONLINE SOFTWARE SELLING WEBISTE WE ARE ALSO FORWARDING THIS CASE TO OUR LEAGAL DEPARTMENT FOR RAISING THIS ISSUE
