I had ordered a single waffle dressing gown, and was pleased that it arrived within a week and was the quality I expected. The price was substantially less than many other sites. My only caveat is to check your own size before ordering: I had hoped that "approximately XL" would fit me, but it doesn't. However I'm used to altering clothes to fit my proportions, so didn't bother returning it. I am happy to deal with this company again the next time I need bed or bath linens, etc.

Order process was easy, competitive pricing. Reasonable delivery time. We ordered white towels, there were a few marks on the towels which was slightly annoying but not a massive issue as these are being used for work.

I placed an order for sleeping white gowns two of them L/XL and after placing the order, I forgot to say next day delivery cause was busy with some other things and I had to call the The Towel Shop to try correct my mistake but was told I was to late cause I wanted to pay extra money to receive it next day cause of time , but the gentleman on the management team called SUL came to my assistance and built a lovely rapport by saying you can still receive on the other day and as specified he made me happy I received my white gowns on the specified day on time great experience with SUL ‘ team who fulfilled my expectations ,I recommended the company to my friends and they will be ordering soon as well at the end of the month, I’m ordering my bedding sheets ,Duvet, pillows all sets , beach towels and bathroom towels set from The Towel Shop great experience I had with amazing staff clientele satisfaction excellent exceptional customer care service support. The sheets are great, they were deep enough for our deep mattress and topper and the price and quality were excellent!
