Not my first purchase from The Towel Shop & I’m sure it won’t be my last.
Granddaughter going to university needed towels & The Towel Shop had good quality towels inthe colour she wanted. I was able to buy her hand & bath towels as well as bath sheets for a very good price.
I have bought towels, pillows & bath robes from this company & been extremely happy with every purchase.
Customer Service is excellent. I had arranged for delivery to me & then thought it made more sense to have them delivered direct to my granddaughter. One phone call to their friendly customer service & the delivery address was changed. My order was delivered the next day.

The items were of high quality and arrived quickly.
The bathrobes ate one size, not very large except for the arms which are long.
They are nice though and worth the money.

Delivered when said. Well packed, items as discribed, good quality.
Pleased with the extra deep fitted sheets as they now don't slip off the mattress. Towels good size and quality.

A good experience, even with my mistake ...
I had ordered a single waffle dressing gown, and was pleased that it arrived within a week and was the quality I expected. The price was substantially less than many other sites. My only caveat is to check your own size before ordering: I had hoped that "approximately XL" would fit me, but it doesn't. However I'm used to altering clothes to fit my proportions, so didn't bother returning it. I am happy to deal with this company again the next time I need bed or bath linens, etc.
