I absolutely LOVE The Tot. It’s the only place I go for trusted products & information. They take the research and guessing out of shopping for safe products for little ones and mothers. It’s my favorite website to direct family members who are looking to gift and other parents who are expecting. I love that they’re expanding to new categories. I’d like to see more outdoor play items & a way to share wish lists for holiday/birthday/special occasions and not just a baby registry. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this company!

I love all of the products on TheTot.com! I ordered a dresser, mattress & sheet and they all arrived quickly. I also had no issues returning a dresser.

Over all great company
I wish shipping was a little faster but it was all in all a good experience. They carry products that are hard to find elsewhere and I like that.

Item was not as expected and they were not able to write the gift card as originally promised. Will not be ordering from them in the future. Waste of my money.

0 stars — the worst customer experience & service
Frankly at this point, I highly doubt anybody at the tot actually reads their reviews. I’ve complained a few times about the experience I had— and they give 0 cares about it. If they don’t care one bit about customer experience, then I’m not going to bother with them. Long story short, they changed a product to final sale *after* I purchased it, and then gave me the big ol’ middle finger when I tried to return it (seriously— in my top 5 worst customer service specialists). (For extra context— I would have loved the item if it had actually arrived in time for what I needed it for— I have yet to even open the box which it arrived in). I would have given 0 stars if I could have. While the products are great, I do not recommend this site to anyone.

Would not recommend
I ordered a dresser for my baby’s nursery & waited over 12 weeks for the package to arrive. I took all of the contents out of the box to start putting the dresser together & noticed that some of the pieces are scratched/damaged. The 70 pound box was left sitting in the middle of my porch on a rainy day as well. I would have shipped the item back if I didn’t need to have this item before my baby arrives.

The stool I ordered is not what I expected. The blocks were not in color. The letters were a little off, especially the letter y.

We apologize for any confusion but after looking into your order it seems the Natrual Wood option was selected at check out which is why the letters were natural rather than painted. Also, this particular item is handcrafted which is why you may see some imperfections in the letters compared to stools cut by machine.

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I did not get a response back from anyone pertaining to the bookshelf that I order from you that was supposed to be sent out on June 9,2021. I am decorating my baby nieces bedroom and this was an essential piece that I needed I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Honestly, everything I’ve ordered from The Tot takes literal months to get to me. It’s just not worth the wait when I can get two day shipping elsewhere.
