Two great outfits
The two outfits — a flight suit and an astronaut’s suit — were well made and very happily received. One of them went to a little guy whose dad worked on the Mars Rover. He was thrilled by this!

Great service experience
The color I originally ordered was on backorder and, with supply chains lagging endlessly, the delivery date was outside my window; the folks at The Tot reached out to coordinate an alternate option, and expedited the order so it reached me when and where I needed it. Excellent customer service; very happy with the car seat, too!

I was very disappointed with my…
I was very disappointed with my experience. I do understand that things happen that are out of our control sometimes but they should update the website more accurately. I ordered a crib in June and it was supposed to ship out on July 17th but received an email a few days ago stating a delay of late August being the new ship date. I am expecting on August 10th therefore not able to wait. I am so heartbroken because I truly loved the crib I ordered and designed my entire nursery around it. Now a few weeks prior to due date, I am having to start over looking for something else. I am satisfied that they issued a refund in a timely manner therefore giving the customer service a good review for that at least. But I looked on the website following this and it states an earlier ship date than I was told if purchased now. Makes no sense.

Grandmother woes
I’m a grandmother and was under the impression that the Tot booster was a CAR seat, not a booster seat for the table.
Lovely design but NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.
