Very helpful and quick. Can’t wait for it to arrive. Excited to play games that cannot be found easily on 1 console till The Tekko.

A Tekko worker named Neil messaged me almost instantly trying to up sell me more attachments and add-ons with a 20% before I have even received anything. Just seems pushy and felt like a scam. Website is sometimes down which doesn't help.

I wish I knew it came from China before I ordered it. Also the zipper broke almost immediately and so I can't use the carrying case.
Better graphics but not much more games than the old version.

As soon as I saw the ad for the Tekko One, I knew immediately it would be a perfect gift for my son. The website was easy to find and easy to navigate, and I had constant access to shipping updates. Best order I've made in a long while! Definitely recommend!

Finally found all my old games all in one.
It's like playing back my old Nintendo game boy with more games.

Everything arrived when it was slated to arrive. My tekko was in great condition. I was pleasantly surprised by the carry case that came with it! So it fired right up with no issues from when I opened it. This thing has 43,000+ games on it from systems from the early 80's to the digital era. So far everything went smooth. I even had customer support reach out to see how everything was going, and to see if I was satisfied. 100% great purchase.

I was offered a discount code while browsing, so that was nice and helped me over the fence, lol. I love having the ability to play any old game I can remember! It’s also great for traveling.

After a half-dozen start-ups, the product starts throwing errors when attempting to load games. Cannot find any effective fixes online.

Buggy functioning even before this. Wildly delayed delivery. Find a different product and save yourself the headache.

Everything arrived as ordered and in a timely manner. The only problem was waiting for it to arrive and the impatience that comes with the wait. 😉

Service is horrible.
They deliver it weeks later then promised and delivery instructions are not something they don’t complete but they offer.
Console doesn’t save data
And I don’t even want to waste more time trying something that can’t even save my progress.

Regret spending my money on this.

I haven't actually received the Tekko One I ordered yet (I've been regretting not paying for the quicker shipping because I'm too excited to wait for it lol), but the actual order process was very nice. Very soon after placing the order, someone handling my order personally tested me to make sure the address was correct, since they weren't sure if I forgot an apartment number. That alone showed more dedication than even remotely necessary, as any other company would simply ship it to the address given and wipe their hands of it.

Well to be honest, I haven’t gotten mine yet. It was supposed to come today but judging by the tracker, it probably won’t. But I heard good reviews about it and you guys have great advertisement in YouTube. Wish you could be consistent about your email and the website update.

This is so cool that I'm able to relive my childhood all in one with a retro feel. Delivery took a little bit and the screen protector that came with it slid right off after application, but other than that it was worth every penny for me. Even had to buy a second one for my eighteen year old son because he loved it so much. Highly recommend!

What did it for me was the email I received after I made the purchase clarifying a few things. When I responded with further questions the responses came back quickly which made me feel comfortable with the purchase I made.

The ordering experience was very good, it was a bit difficult to find the device I was looking for specifically (all website was for the tekko one, needed the stick this time, but thinking about the one in the near future), but once there in the shop the experience was smooth and nice, tracking was received yesterday (within a week) and can't wait to receive it to start playing.
