Neil was a delight

Neil was a delight, he is what these online companies should strive for customer service! Even before my console arrived, he texted to verify everything was good and even offered to check the item for me.

Terrible customer service

Made and order, and within a few minutes received a welcome text message which is great. Mentioned I would like to cancel my order. The gentleman apologized, gave me the email to cancel my order. Within 10 minutes of making my order I emailed the help section of Tekko. Email was answered quickly and was told they will try to cancel the order with the warehouse, I mentioned this shouldn’t be an issue given it has only been 10 minutes. Received another email stating they are waiting on the warehouse. Then nothing for a few days. And then I received shipping confirmation emails. Finally emailed back asking about my cancellation. And a day later received an email stating it couldn’t be cancelled due to the expedited process. I find this aggravating and dishonest. I say there is no way they couldn’t cancel an order within 10 minutes of said order. I have email receipts and time stamps to prove. If I could give negative stars I would.

Easy and good quality service

It was easy to browse the different products and easy to order.

The customer service was excellent and the process was seamless, even offering discounts for recommended accessories.
